This is no criticism towards Cilla or the host of the videos, but I feel that the Olympics section seemed out of place on Surprise Surprise and would have suited a show of its own. And I'm glad Cilla went onto sing her song after the last surprise then to say thanks to who took part rather than the other way round.
I feel shame for Melanie Bradley who's been bananas when it comes to Lambada and 'Dirty Dancing.' She had a flu at that time. I'm glad Cilla had a "Plan B" for the show to must go on. She surprised Jeanette Willis in the audience who's also been bananas when it comes to dancing.
The birthday card surprise was terrific. Such a wonderful feel good factor from this show.
