Yay, you’re traveling again! Excited to see all the food you’re going to have!!! Mikkeler, one of my fave breweries. Last one we had drinks at was in Taipei
@@what.tomorrow.brings yay! Looking forward to watching them all! We used to have a Mikkeller here in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, just like many in the country, including San Diego, they’ve all closed shortly after the height of covid
The creamer you got on the SAS plane, was actually milk, 3,5%. BTW, if you think things taste a little different in Denmark, it is because the European kitchen is for fresh food. Denmark in particular is very particular about fresh food. Gasoline Grill only serves burgers with fresh meat. The meat has not been frozen. EDIT: Lagkagehuset, direct translation: The layercake house.
Just a little comment on the blue paint used by Royal Copenhagen for all their blue patterns; it is blue when they paint it on, no special chemical reaction in the firing process. And yes, come back and taste the food in all of Denmark. Most of the food places in the airport are branches of bigger restaurants and chains.
Delft blue porcelain is Dutch, hence the name , the royal fluted ,mussel pattern is cobolt! It's mostly made in Asia nowadays , I've heard about 5 of my old colleagues still make this in Denmark ❤@@what.tomorrow.brings
Fun fact(s): The “Copenhagner” is called Tebirkes (Tea birkes) on Zealand (where you were) and Københavnerbirkes(Birkes from Copenhagen) In Jutland. A birkes is a non sweet breakfast bun (one of the many types that exist in DK). Birkes means puppy seeds.
Try to spend a few days in Copenhagen before you travel back to the USA, eat out in the city in Copenhagen it is much cheaper and mostly better, open face sandwich (smørrebrød means butter on bread) comes in countless different versions and is the cold national dish, try a pickled herring and remember to drink snaps with it.😉 Another thing, don't drink Carlsberg or Tuborg it is regarded by Danes as industrial beer = poor quality, like Heineken in the Netherlands, we have much better beer in my country. If you come again, visit some sights, e.g. Tivoli, Rosenborg, Christiania and Amalienborg with the king's bodyguard Greetings from Denmark🍻
Good Vlog! Finally at 13:09 minutes, the sound hit both of my headphones 🤣 ! Just like Carlsberg and Tuborg. Mikkeller is also Danish 😀! Next time your in CPH, I recommend there Restaurant "Warpigs" at the Meat packing district. My Texan friend claims that it´s probably the best BBQ outside Texas 🤣 ! Yeah! I know! Lot of really good BBQ (smoked meat) going on, other places than TX 🤣 ! But Warpigs is TX style -BBQ. There really good at most things, but NOT a fan of there Mac N´Cheese! My own is better ! BTW! You do have some sound problems. 😒 ! Apart from that, really good VLOG 👍 ! We Welcome you back ! Next time..., leave the Airport 🤣🤣🤣
Totally adding Warpigs to the list because I can't wait to visit Copenhagen beyond the airport 😄. Thanks for the heads up with the audio too, I'll see what's going on.
Just letting you know that ur mic only picks up some of the sound, so when watching with headphones I only hear you speaking in my left ear. You probably already know that yourself tho heh. Luv from Denmark :)
Hi! Thank you for enjoying the video despite the audio difficulty. I wasn't aware of the sound issue, so thanks for letting me know. I'll look into it. 🤗
Thank you for enjoying this video! If you want more info on the places visited, I've included each restaurants link in the description. 🤗
One of the best layover airports globally. We ate and drank well, too!

So much food coming! So happy to be abroad again. That is amazing that there's a Mikkeller in Taipei. I'd love to visit sometime soon!

Oh okay, then I may have confused it with Delftware. Thanks for clarifying 😀

Amazing
You have to come back and stay in Copenhagen. I’m sure you’ll absolutely love the city, the food and the people 🇺🇸🇩🇰
Or Odense, Aarhus or Aalborg
I'm planning on it. What time of year do you recommend?
Thanks
@@what.tomorrow.brings I would say summertime.
@@martinskov861So in September😂 Just kidding, but this year I think the weather was better in September than in June.
115,- DKK (Danish Kroner) for the Smoked Salmon is about 17,21 USD if you didn't find out how much it was.
Greetings from Copenhagen, Denmark. 🇩🇰
Thanks!
The prices for those smørrebrød at the airport is absolutely insane

Thanks for the tips! Can't wait to visit the actual city 😃
Copenhagener is really named ‘te-birkes’ ala “tea-poppy seed”

115 and 118 dkr.. holy makrel.. I guess they are paid for then.. That's too much to pay for smørrebrød IMO

☕ So whats your favourite coffee bean ❓
Ethiopian or Colombian, medium roast. I love espresso. Especially Italian.
@@what.tomorrow.brings Hmmmm... I need to give Ethiopian a try... Colombian is my favourite but Jamaican Blue Mountain is said to be the best ☕
@@what.tomorrow.bringslavazza for me ❤
Smørrebrød is a poor mans lunch, which you make at home, wrap and bring to work.
Prices are ridiculous even for airports.
Love 💕😘 from India Northeast
Copenhagenar is not a Danish word it's English in Danish it's called Københavner or Tebirkes
