What advice would you give to someone still navigating their career?

For example,deciding what sector to go into, especially with no experence

I’d say try and identify your interests. What can you read about for ages and not get bored on? Then the harder part is matching that with an industry/type of work. This may require talking to people, researching industries online, speaking to advisors in your educational institutions (if you’re in one) etc. But also be mindful of the fact that similar jobs can exist across multiple industries so definitely pick a sector/industry you find interesting!
