I nearly bought one about 5 years ago. Beautiful car. Ended up buying a Peugeot 3008 instead and hating it. But it was a lot cheaper, so there's that.

I dont know for sure, but maybe its for some sort of memory card for satnav/music/etc ?
That little slot is for those small paper/cardboard cards you get from toll boxes on highway
