The admins have shown wiggle room to "rules" in the past due to unique situations. In this instance, the rule is prohibiting forced robberies of houses (forcing someone to give keys or making them bring you inside). CG managed to rob the warehouse due to a mistake by a player. They left the door unlocked. If robbing a property was COMPLETELY forbidden, then why do people even bother locking their front doors in the first place? The reason this rule is irrelevant is because someone was irresponsible and negligent. Mr. K, who has years of experience, understands this and took the opportunity when it became available. But go ahead and keep copying/pasting the same message from Reddit that was posted by admins in January as though that will change anything. 🤣

Forced property robberies aren’t the only thing this rule is preventing. This rule is prevent property robberies period. There’s two types of door scuff. One where it’s locked and you see the red E but the door still opens and one where the server just doesn’t register the door being getting locked. Like in this case. The door was locked by beau, sound of the door locking and animation. The server just never registered it. Locking doors isn’t useless, other then the clear roleplay aspect of it, you can still walk in and hold someone up/rob them. You can still use doors to hide etc. just because you can’t rob a property doesn’t mean locking forts is useless

They went inside and held Gigi up. The loot they took wasn't secured inside containers or anything. It was on the ground. Quit acting like you know exactly what the admins were implying and understand exceptions can be made depending on the circumstance.

Part of this rule existing in the first place is because there are potential scuffs with the doors. Sometimes even after you lock the doors, it doesn't lock- which happened to OB in this case. So please, don't make up rules.
