Currently the PD roleplay most all of 4.0 has been to be stronger and more powerful than anything on the server. Better cars, better guns, unlimited units, no punishments etc

i still don`t understand why cops don`t have some kina RP towards their inventory. like a weekly delivery cargo/ convoy that is supposed to happen which appears as a special mission for a random gang member. that specific person can then choose to make a grp and try to intercept the cargo to get some pd guns for themselves. while also lowering the amount of class2 guns the pd gets for that week. or just let it go. this would force some cops to run with pistols over class 2s or force them to stock up on guns for specific raids and stuff.
Just have a grace period or whatever, 1-3days something around there, after that you can offline raid, so the one getting raided can't (if they choose to) abuse it to not get raided. Sounds better all around to me at least.
