Idea to help with the wet sand issue: Having grown up in CA, I can empathize with those who can't stand the feeling of wet sand under their swim suits. But there is a simple solution - baby powder or baby cornstarch. While in the restroom, just take the time to put baby powder on in those areas and it will immediately dry the sand and make it fall off. Great to do with everyone's feet before getting back in the car after being on the beach too. Blessings, Janell
We moved into our new home almost 2 weeks ago, and at our age (61 & 65), it was tough. EVERYTHING hurts! LOL Thankfully we had packers and movers, BUT we still had a lot to do. I suffer from fibromyalgia, so I’ve been having hip pain. Everything is FINALLY clean and organized, so all that’s left, is hanging pictures. As tired as we are, we’re so thankful to live near our 2 sons and grandson. Keep up the great work Amy and Greg, and rest when you can!❤️❤️❤️
I already watched your vlog, Amy. I hope you had your 1st "July 4" in Florida. I need to go back and watch your videos about moving from North Carolina to Florida. I moved from North Carolina to Georgia in 1990. I went to Florida to explore Walt Disney World in 2010. Within this past July 4 and a tad afterwards, I watched the movies, had a barbecue and watched 3 DVR'd fireworks' specials. I had hotdogs and cheeseburgers with mustard and ketchup. I also had grilled chicken and baked beans. I ate the last of the small "July 4" cupcakes.
Love what you did with your spices! I love the chemistry you and your husband have together. We have been seeing so much more of him in Florida. We spent the fourth in our pool and just watch our community fireworks. It is always great!
Amy just commenting before you get out of the kitchen, you should buy some under counter lighting and it makes a huge difference. I have wonderful lighting overhead but off to the side is dark. Just saying
Well putting childs issues ahead of your own is the greatest sign of caring i think because at the end of the day no firework display is worth it not been enjoyed at as jaden and broklyn proved more ways then one to enjoy it🎉🎉. Also somestimes i think i need to get a bike lock for the scissors😂 have blessed day all
Good morning Amy What a fun 4th day with your family. When you have nothing planned all of a sudden you can make the best day ever. You had it all covered from food to fireworks. I’m glad I / we got to share in it. Thanks a million. Have a beautiful and blessed day……great job with spices too😊😊😊😊
Such a fun 4th of July! Loved watching y’all having such great family time! Well, the mango didn’t go over well and I don’t really have a suggestion! Lol! I do want to say the organization plan was fantastic but I personally would not put my spices on the back of the stove several reasons heat and life of spices, but the containers will get messy and require a lot of upkeep… grease and steam makes a lot of upkeep. This is only my opinion because I have tried and it didn’t work for me. But I’m not saying it will not work in your home. Amy you are so blessed to have such a wonderful family. Also Greg is an amazing husband and father! Y’all are perfect for one another. You complement each other! Everything is really coming along really great and you have accomplished a lot. You are definitely getting there!Happy 4th to you and family!
Your neighbors did a great job with the fireworks which made it festive and easy for the neighborhood. A great ending to a wonderful day of celebration.
It’s an Indian mango tree, still too small yet to grow mango though. Once it gets taller, it will start flowering then producing mangoes. Water it daily though.
The mango tree has probably already finished for the year. Ours is and it’s July 11th Welcome to Florida!! We live between Tampa and Orlando. A great state to live in! 🥰🙏💕
I purchased a set of borosillic glass containers with the bamboo lids about a yewr ago. They were origionally intended for my spices but i have different set of glass spice jars in use, pluss the Lord gave me a wooden spice turntable so i decided to use the borosillic glass containers with bamboo lids for my broad range of fruit teas, floral teas, vanilla powder, caramel powder & hot chocolate powder & a range of coffees. It's good to see you & Gregg working as a team on YT. May you all be blessed.
Sprinkle salt and chile and lime or lemon juice on the papaya. I bet your kids would love it. There's a condiment called Tajin. I wonder if you have it in Florida? Really, it's just salt, lime and chile powder. It's wonderful on watermelon, too. Papaya is not my favorite (it does smell weird) but seriously, it is so good for the digestion. I ate slice of it every day when I was pregnant with #3 and it made a HUGE difference in just how icky my gut felt. I would do it again, for the relief. Tell your girls; it may come in handy one day. A couple days ago I was trying to dry a load of towels in my Samsung dryer. I thought of you as I waited and waited and waited....😅
Amy , your handling this kitchen storage like a champ. I did not realize how big your last home was. I would be crying or buys storage cabinets. You are showing others Love by being the example of '" I can do all things through Christ whom gives me strength" Every thing looks great. Can't wait for the painting to begin✝ 💖
I don't know if you've found out what your tree is...I'm not sure but it looks a lot like a peach tree. I grew up in SC and remember peach trees having a kinda droopy long leaf look to them. I'm not sure but it really does look like one to me. Good luck!
I wish you were my neighbor you're so motivating and I would have you come over and energized and motivate me with my spices in my organizing and then I'd have you pray over me and I'd go to it thank you for all your encouragement and all your sharing
I loved that the works product you mentioned! For the same reason! I've noticed recently that it doesn't work the same. I figured they may have changed the formulation?
My son was born on July 4th. We have always gone to the beach and vacationed and celebrated his birthday during that time. Yes! It was crowded! But we loved watching the fireworks on the beach. We just rode the golf cart back to where we we’re staying. We always made it a big deal because it was his birthday. I really enjoyed watching your family have fun together. I think you all are awesome parents! ❤️🎉
Green arrow at the turn protects the driver turning, the solid green light means you can go but you are taking a risk of getting hit so be careful, because oncoming traffic is still going and not stopped.
Hi Amy , papaya is great to aid digestion and you might like it better if you dehydrated it , I don’t have a tree in my yard so I buy some fresh but mostly dried then I make a nice trail mix with it
A recipe from my aunt: Freeze your fruit (soft fruits work best) and blend one or more together- papaya, guava, mangoes, banana, pineapple, peaches, etc and then blend with just a little canned coconut milk to make a slushy treat. Maybe your kids would like the papaya blended in with a little bit of other fruit and the coconut milk.
It’s an Indian Mango tree. Still too small yet ( recently planted perhaps) . Keep watering daily. Once it gets taller and starts flowering, it will produce mangoes. I have a mango tree in my garden. Fruit trees and all are Gods great blessings :) take care.
Found 70 is lowest to run air to get best results. Seems to feel cooler and less stress on the unit. Also heard run unit no more than a 20 degree outside difference
Amy put your other spoon holder up next to your stove like the other one and put some things in it like your spatula whisk like Kimberly did on the wads. I think it would look nice.
my husband feels numb and sore everyday, he is a trailor mechanic so he has a very physical job. But my husband also bike rides so he doesnt feel it so much. Gotta keep active. As you get older its important to stay active and healthy. Great video Amy and Greg.
I’m still watching and wondering whilst your doing your spices if you are able to recycle plastic and glass? those jars you binned should be recycled. In the UK our bin men wouldn’t take normal rubbish with recyclable things in and we can be fined… I’m a stickler for doing as much as I can, I take wrappers from cans, boxes from food packaging etc. it’s amazing how little your bin has in when you can recycle a lot… back to watching 😉😊
Chilli Spice Mix, Fajitas Spice Mix, your Salad Dressing Mix, Indian Spice Mix like Garam Marcela. I try and make all my spice mixes because they use up my spices much faster. Yes recessed lighting is no good for under cabinet seeing. I was so surprised how big your great room is. Hugh house and beautiful.😊
Hey Amy, Question, I hear you saying you order off Temu? How was your buying experience? I've never tried them but want to? Love you adorable kitchen! the color is beautiful
I don't know if this was recommended to you before but you can order your caramel macchiato "upside down" which means they shake it all together for ya so no need to try stirring with your straw.👍
Oh Greg. Lol. I just know this whole pool will be different in a few months. Good going! Nice to see him have a project he seems to enjoy. More than mowing. Looks hot down there guys
The hanging baskets on the inside of your pantry door that I mentioned yesterday, would be great for your seasonings that you don’t use as often or your bigger containers plus your extras!
@amymaryon For the pool.... One think you can try is lemon halves and rub it in there and it should eat the calcium...... The other think you can use is vinegar.
That does look like the leaves of a mango tree but they take a very long time to produce fruit and that looks to be a fairly young tree. I would suggest giving it some fertilizer or food for fruit trees. I also wanted to make a note that it’s too bad that no one liked the papaya because it’s excellent to help with digestion issues. The enzymes in it help break down foods that are dense and hard to break down.
I was told that sometimes trees only flower and fruit every other year. Also sometimes you need a male and a female tree. And sometimes you need to self-pollinate if they don't get pollinated by the bees
Hi. Amy there are discounts stores here. We have one in Zephyrhills and in Tampa. Zephyrhills is much smaller than your area. Do some research and I'm sure you'll find some in your area
Hey Amy. You can roast papaya, Martha Stewart recipe. If you google there are health benefits. Also could be added to tropical smoothie with pineapple, mango etc. You could prepare and freeze extrafor the winter. The roasted recipe sounds interesting. From Toronto with love ❤
We have some wooden ones in other rooms someone gave me a suggestion of white cell shades and we have them in some other rooms they seem to close well. We may do those ..just need to save for them
It's probably an old thick build up. Homeowners rarely have the patience to do the acid treatment over and over again to get the layers of old scale off. If it's fresh scale, cleaning it with acid, would bubble up, dissolving the calcium. Similar to what happens when you use hydrogen peroxide on a wound.
I really like seeing your iPad clock on the counter. For me it's enjoyable seeing the time pass as you speed up the video when you are doing things. To see how long it's actually taking you to do something. HAHAHAHA, I know that is totally weird. For the papaya, it's a natural stomach acid reducer and helps greatly for relieving heartburn. You can also freeze it and put it in smoothies if you don't like the texture of eating it fresh.
You all need to get Florida Resident Busch Gardens year around tickets. The price for the year for Florida residents is the price for visitors one time visit. Also, check out the Barnum Bailey Circus Mansion and Museum down in Sarasota. By the way U turns are legal in Florida unless otherwise designated
Good morning Amy.. Great vlog as always. Loved it. In your spare time my Mom and I need you to come and get us organized. Lol. Have a great day. ❤❤❤ Carolyn and Jackie.
If a fire ever broke out in your home, it is safer for the kids to sleep with their doors closed. It may be wisest to have sound machines in each of their rooms instead of a shared one. Though everyone thinks it won't happen to them, it happens every day. And the safer you can keep your family the better.
Becky from Acre homestead stores the spices she uses most on a shelf right next to her stove ...I'm sure yours be be just fine on the back of your stove ....very convenient ...try it ..if you notice a difference In their taste after a bit you can always move them
Papaya is great for digestion. When we had tummy aches as kids, our mom would give us a papaya tablet. Always worked. I still use them as an adult.
You guys are a hoot and a holler Love the hunt for the fireworks. Can’t wait to see you get all the organizers done. I love organizing.

Amy, I’ve had my herbs and spices on the back of my cooker, near heat for years. I’ve been married for nearly 40 years and they’ve NEVER been ruined.
So glad you all had a fantastic Florida 4th of July!!! 🎉❤🎉❤
You can get the film sheet you cut yourself frosting patterns to put on your Kitchen windows it let the light come in but not the glare of the sun.

Oh my Goodness Brown Sugar on Sauerkraut. It sounds weirdly amazing, can’t wait to try it. Thank Greg’s Boss
Amy just commenting before you get out of the kitchen, you should buy some under counter lighting and it makes a huge difference. I have wonderful lighting overhead but off to the side is dark. Just saying
Love mine
Yes, it helps so much!
Any recommendations? Great idea
I agree. Under counter lights have helped HUGE in my small kitchen.
Good advice!
Glad you like there .in Florida . like your home
Being in Florida don't forget to water your fruit trees daily. Your home is beautiful!!!
Yay! You found the utility knife! 🎉
Love that don’t feel

Could you take the papaya to church to share with others? Or put them in a blessing box, if you have them in your area. @amymaryon
Jayden is going to be such an amazing addition to the working class and all around great person ❤ she's so amazing and multi-talented!❤
We have kept two pairs of scissors in the kitchen for many years! 😂 It was such a battle when we had six kids at home! I could never find my scissors!
You might consider lemon, lime and grapefruit trees. The blossoms smell great too!

We wanted to but are so unfamiliar with where to go ..next year

Hi Amy! Try spooning out the papaya, like you do with avocado. Much easier than skinning then cutting. Enjoy!🩷

I like going to Ollie’s to get the big spices and just use those containers
The moisture would also get into your spice jars while you are cooking if you store at the back of your hob! Spices look great in your draw😉
Hi Amy, to help with the papaya, I cut them in half, scoop out the seeds and then squeeze some fresh lime juice and eat with a spoon.
I'll have to try again
so fun thanx for always sharing , good night
This is hilarious, we recently moved and it's taken us three weeks to figure out
The roads😁😂
Hi Amy , papaya is great to aid digestion and you might like it better if you dehydrated it , I don’t have a tree in my yard so I buy some fresh but mostly dried then I make a nice trail mix with it
That was fun to watch. Thanks for sharing your day with us. It’s nice to see your family have fun. Happy 4th of July. 🎉
Jayden is awesome! So helpful in so many ways!
The heat and salt will cause you to have inflammation which will cause numb feeling .Nice spice organization! I hope you all have a great week.
I love the outfits you wear...they look so cool!

Some spice racks that are magnetic to go on your freezer for some.

Oh thank you for this ☺️
Amy I have used the works in my fiberglass shower for the last 15 years and it does take off the yellowing from the hard water/well
Smiling
I love your Mom coffee mug. Happy 4th to yall!
Hi Amy could you please post a link to the tall spice jars you got. Thanks 😊
Once again I reached the end of your video and asked my husband if we could move to Florida!!!
Lol it's nice here.
PS You've done a lovely piece of work with your new spice set layout.
The goya sazon is good on everything, chicken, pork chops, stews. Must try n especially your rice
Happy 4th 🎉🎉 Have a wonderful week 🪻🌷🪻
I like the way you did your seasonings. Some I use often but I still like them all put away
I just ordered a commerical hot dog roller cannot wait for it to come in
Found 70 is lowest to run air to get best results. Seems to feel cooler and less stress on the unit. Also heard run unit no more than a 20 degree outside difference
Morning 3am here and I love watching before I go to bed. Thanks for sharing!!!
Thanks for watching.. good night
Amy put your other spoon holder up next to your stove like the other one and put some things in it like your spatula whisk like Kimberly did on the wads. I think it would look nice.
The spice drawer looks great! ❤
The scavenger hunt was a great idea!
my husband feels numb and sore everyday, he is a trailor mechanic so he has a very physical job. But my husband also bike rides so he doesnt feel it so much. Gotta keep active. As you get older its important to stay active and healthy. Great video Amy and Greg.

In PA we all put apple cider vinegar and brown sugar on our kraut… amazing on hotdogs!!

Great video!! Love your new home it is so beautiful 🇺🇸🌻
If you guys just come down an exit to State Rd 64 you will be at a Home Depot. You can even come the back road from your house.
Yes Greg is teaching me all kinds of back ways to avoid traffic
I have the same clear containers with the wood lids and I keep them on the top of the stove. All is well
Hey Amy, Question, I hear you saying you order off Temu? How was your buying experience? I've never tried them but want to? Love you adorable kitchen! the color is beautiful
We like them and use them often :)
Good morning from the Nederlands...I love your video's.
I lived in the Philippines for a year...and we ate our papayas once they turned yellow. They were much larger, too.
I don't know if this was recommended to you before but you can order your caramel macchiato "upside down" which means they shake it all together for ya so no need to try stirring with your straw.👍
Yes for some weird reason i don't like it mixed
Oh Greg.
Yes i may do that. Thank you
@amymaryon For the pool.... One think you can try is lemon halves and rub it in there and it should eat the calcium...... The other think you can use is vinegar.
We did vinegar but not lemons. I'll try thanks
@@amymaryon You should rub it in, then let it sit for a couple hours...then do it again ... The acid should eat the calcium ❤️
Thank you
The complete season is like the all season . Some have labels that just say all season
That does look like the leaves of a mango tree but they take a very long time to produce fruit and that looks to be a fairly young tree. I would suggest giving it some fertilizer or food for fruit trees.

I was told that sometimes trees only flower and fruit every other year. Also sometimes you need a male and a female tree. And sometimes you need to self-pollinate if they don't get pollinated by the bees
I kept thinking when watching you with the labels that maybe you could have printed them in whatever color etc you wanted with your vinyl printer?
Just not set up yet
Get a trap and put the bigger spices you use on top of your fridge where you have the gap between it and your cabinets
Hi. Amy there are discounts stores here. We have one in Zephyrhills and in Tampa. Zephyrhills is much smaller than your area. Do some research and I'm sure you'll find some in your area
I have found some. And will go to them one of these days thank you
Hey Amy. You can roast papaya, Martha Stewart recipe. If you google there are health benefits. Also could be added to tropical smoothie with pineapple, mango etc. You could prepare and freeze extrafor the winter. The roasted recipe sounds interesting. From Toronto with love ❤
Publix is my favorite to shop at especially for their buy 1 get 1 free deals. 😊 Hope you have a wonderful week Amy. ❤❤❤❤
@amymaryon do you like those really pretty wooden shades that look like shiplap shutters or also lowes will color match to your cabinets on shades
We have some wooden ones in other rooms someone gave me a suggestion of white cell shades and we have them in some other rooms they seem to close well. We may do those ..just need to save for them
Glad to see y’all having fun. Happy 4th.
Muriatic Acid is what you use on pool to remove the calcium build up!
We tried that
@@amymaryon bummer…. I had horrible build up and it took it right off! Was it in liquid form? And a wire brush?
Yes and we did ..i think he is going to replace them
It's probably an old thick build up. Homeowners rarely have the patience to do the acid treatment over and over again to get the layers of old scale off. If it's fresh scale, cleaning it with acid, would bubble up, dissolving the calcium. Similar to what happens when you use hydrogen peroxide on a wound.
😂hide “your” scissors (or extras) in that little space in the drawer along side your spices 🙊😂 ♥️
Smart.
My spices and baking spices like cocoa, i put them in half pint mason jars with the screw on lids. It works great.
Amazon has a spice rack that has magnets, I put mine on the side of my fridge and love it
I really like seeing your iPad clock on the counter. For me it's enjoyable seeing the time pass as you speed up the video when you are doing things. To see how long it's actually taking you to do something. HAHAHAHA, I know that is totally weird.

Good morning
Mango trees grow really huge and that’s when they flower then bear fruit
Hi Amy Enjoyed todays vlog very much so thank you 🌄btw like your dress is it amazon & do you have the link? Enjoy your day🌴🏵🌸
Hi Amy, Greg and family. So good to see some of the kids. I have missed them. Jaden is a gem!
Beautiful fireworks. Love the Maryons.
We had a great time.
Thanks for another great video! Happy 4th of July! Want a great workout? Walk in your pool easy on joints and great resistance. ❤
Good morning Amy.. Great vlog as always. Loved it. In your spare time my Mom and I need you to come and get us organized. Lol. Have a great day. ❤❤❤ Carolyn and Jackie.
Mrs. Amy Jamerrill Stewart had some summer dresses on her video for Summer they were 100% cotton.
Yes love hers
