Amy, you do you! Love your style of videos. I get tired of watching all of the same thing. A little cooking, a little cleaning, a little family time, it makes it interesting. As far as your trolls, who cares what they think
Call me naive, but I can't understand why you get snarky comments. Anyone who has lived any amount of time knows things change and I am enjoying watching you change. One thing that hasn't changed is your cheerful optimism and "can do" spirit. That's really why I watch. God will continue to bless you.
Dear Amy...don't worry about explaining to anyone why you do or don't film. Your channel, you get to decide, dear Sister. We wouldn't even know about what we're missing if you didn't mention it 😆. Bless you...
There's a website called all recipe that let's you type in the ingredients you have and it will search and give you a bunch of recipes using those ingredients! I love watching you as you are settling in. I watch because I love you whatever you are doing! Thanks for letting me be a part of your life and starting my day off with you every morning :)
I really enjoy watching your channel. I think your doing a great job organizing your stuff. Your good at it. I have an idea for your latter. Scoot the fridge over 5 or10 inches and store it between it and the window. That way you can grab it but it's out of your way🌻
Good morning, food is difficult in the summer, no one wants to cook or eat lol. We started a game. their are 4 of us who can cook ( sure some a very simple meals) We write slips with staples on it and slips with protein. We draw one of each and have to figure out a meal to make. It makes us try new stuff and use up things from the pantry. We are all loving it. We have a set day to cook and weekends off. Wednesday is leftovers. The kids learn to cook more advanced and are excited to try new things. Thank you for all you do! I enjoy the process, it's all stages of life.
I dont know if you plan on keeping it this way, because it's obviously entirely up to you, but I have to say I absolutely love the aesthetic of your new home! The soft blue/green colours and touches of brickwork are so lovely. ❤
Coffee in hand and watching you is the first thing I do! My mom is #4 of 10 kids, 5 boys and 5 girls. Her dad Larry Jansen was a MLB pitcher for the NY Giants in 1940s - 1950s. She’s been in memory care for 2 1/2 years. I miss her so much and your videos comfort me.
Amy, enjoy your videos. I retired andI sold my large house last year and went from a 5 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment. I sold my car and all my furniture to move from Nebraska to Georgia. I took clothes, books and pictures only. It took months to get my life organized and get things I needed. Don’t rush yourself. You do your videos your own way. I’ll be watching what ever you want to do. Love your positivity and kindness. Blessings to you all.
Amy, I love your video’s, welcome to Florida. I moved here from Ohio almost 10 years. I am still exploring and finding new adventures. Don’t change a thing with your channel. It’s perfect!😊
I’m liking the change in your videos!! It’s been interesting seeing the challenges you’ve encountered. Sometimes we all get bored with the same ol same ol! ☺️ thx
Really dont understand why anyone would question your content and if you are going back to "normal vlogs".... Its YOUR channel Amy , YOUR life and YOUR beautiful family. Your content has kept me sane for years, at the most difficult of times, and i am hugely grateful to you for that. Ignore the negativity
I so enjoy your videos! Do you and your family does not have to be anything set of how you have to do them! I love that it's your life and your precious family! Thanks for sharing your journey with us!
I love seeing the other members of your family in the videos! And whatever you are doing is always a blessing to me so thank you for sharing all that you do in your life. ❤
I've been really enjoying the new style of vlogging...seeing the house come together, seeing you all exploring a new way of living, even seeing more of Greg on your fun shopping trips. We'll consider it like a summer vacation, and we know you'll be back to "regular" life soon enough. Enjoy yourself in this season of your life!
Morning Amy. The larger tree LOOKS like a young mango tree. It wouldn’t start fruiting until it’s much larger if it is indeed a mango tree (which is seems to be). The smaller tree looks like an avocado tree. I’m so enjoying this new journey in your life. Love you all! Huge hugs from Hawaii ☀️🌴🌺🥰
I love your channel no matter the context of video you share, you radiate so much positive vibes it is a blessing that you share your beautiful life with us, thank you for being so inspiring and setting some positive standards. ❤❤❤
Dearest Amy, May God continue to bless you and your family. Your goodness always shines through whatever you say and do. I too am a good positive person deep down in my heart always. It makes the world easier to handle. As I am senior -senior citizen I have learned to let a lot of trivial unkind things just run off my back and keep it moving. You can’t please everyone all the time..But God knows you sure do a wonderful job of taking care of your family, husband, running a successful business, and letting us gladly share in this wonderful journey.. You are a blessing to many of us who look forward to sharing your life’s adventure daily..Be blessed always. We love you and appreciate the time and major effort it takes to do this creative you tube endeavor while maintaining a life for your family through this major life changing event.. Your strength and faith is not lost on us. We see you! Thank you for your continued inspiration , lovely dedication and FINE example.
I love your new vlogs that include your daily adventures in moving and exploring a new area. I always pick up ideas and positive thoughts along the way!
There’s always going to be people that are negative about everything. I’m so glad that you share your family, and your fun times, and just LIFE, with us!! ♥️
We’re building a house on land my husband inherited he 5th generation on the land and it’s stressful while building, one good thing when comes to cooking during this time my electric skillet comes in handy and chicken and rice is really good to make. Your video’s help me to make my day easier when it comes to cooking and working on the house your videos are great blessing. 😊 Have a blessed day.
Thank you for giving those of us who meet up here every morning during the week your graceful company ❤ you and your family are shining examples of the good in the world ❤
Amy, you have been through so much in the past couple of months. Moving is hard! And not fun. I have done it and still have boxes to unpack and drawers to organize and then reorganize. You are doing a great job putting your home together. And cook your lovely meals and yummy desserts when time permits. Love , love seeing the girls, boys and Greg in the blogs. And even though the weather is warm, you can bring each Season into your home with your cooking and baking. With your candles and home decorating. Love watching!! Give yourself some time and grace. Love and Peace💜 (I love the color purple too) It's time to go buy something PURPLE your feel good color, for your home!
The house is so pretty, and everyone acts happy, that's a blessing I like watching the new content, it's interesting and I really enjoy seeing new things. God bless you and your family
Hi Amy, just keep on making vlogs as you are at the moment, I am loving them! You are doing such a wonderful job, love the mess (we are all human), love the fixing bits (we all had them when we move in, people are just forgetting what it was like) I cannot believe you have undone all your boxes (I think I have still got 3 boxes unopened and I moved 3 years ago!) Love, love your content, family, ideas, shopping hauls, just do not stop you enlighten my day! Xx ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
To me your channel has always been a day in your life videos. Your videos always inspire me to be a better wife and mom. So keep doing life with all it's seasons.😀
I saw in a gardening video from Florida, a clip of a hurricane prep, mile long lines of cars trying to leave, empty store shelf, water gone ect... I'd keep more canned foods on hand, and glad you got a generator and solar!
I for one love watching you and your family moving into your new home and life. I love seeing the joy that you are getting from this new life Amy. Love all of you, your adopted 81 yr old Nan-Naw from here in Florida.
I’m loving the vlogs! I think they are really good to see everyday life not just cooking and cleaning. Our pool was on a timer but when it starts getting hot we run it constantly. That keeps the water so much cooler. The Weismann cleaner is cheaper at Walmart. You might want to check it out. Also Walmart always has TVs on sale. Thanks for sharing your day!
I love your vlogs the way they are. You are an example of how to go through life with Jesus and love watching you all live life! We get to see an example of a godly marriage, mothering, homemaking and homeschooling. Those things don't always just take place in the kitchen.
I so look forward to your videos, especially you, Greg and your beautiful family. It’s so good to see you happy and excited about life again. Keep doing what you’re doing…it looks great on you.
Hi Amy. Just wondering if you had your new church picked out before you moved to Florida? I know sometimes when you move it can take a while to find a new church home.
I am enjoying all your videos. I would love to live in FL but it have lived in TN all of my life so I guess this is where I will die. I have so enjoyed your enthusiasm for all you do. God bless you.
I love these vlogs! I also really love your positivity as a homemaker and mom and wife. It’s so refreshing! There’s so much out there negativity wise about doing work for your family and it’s good for me to see how making something like homemade popsicles brings you joy.
Hi Amy I am loving every minute of watching your journey of getting your house how you would all like it. In hot climates I would suggest watering first thing in the morning before it gets too hot or last thing in the evening as the sun goes down. Hope this helps. Thank you again for sharing xxx❤
Good Morning Amy! When you start making your bread again, I would love to see you make it in your pizza oven! Cant wait for the outing to find all the shopping opportunities! Thanks for sharing! Have a great week!
I have been casually been enjoying your channel for years. And recently YT has been suggesting your videos to me. Since your move to Florida, I've got to say: I've watched every video ! I'm hooked 🎉😂 Soo., audience wise: ... you win some you loose some. Vlogs are people's lives, and we invariably change and grow. It's free content, your not beholden to anyone. I watch as many commercials as I can that are 45 seconds and less. 😅 🎉 you're doing it, making great content ❤ your audience will find you 👍 Sending love from Ontario 🇨🇦
I’m loving watching you settle into your new home it takes a lot of time. Is Greg doing the same work as he done in his workshop. Not being nosy just interested as loved his work he used to do. Also Jamie Oliver is an amazing chef his meals are so good and tasty. He’s from uk 🇬🇧 like myself xx
A suggestion. Soak your faucet sprayer in vinegar. Just the end part. Hubby put 1? cup in a small bowl (ramekin). Pulled the nozzle down just so can touch just off the bottom of the dish. It worked omg ssoo well. Let is soak for a bit, believe it was about 30 min.
Sweedish Meatballs is really good,There is a season packet that you put water in and it makes a gravy and then you put it over Mashed Potatoes,Rice or Egg Noodles and make a vegetable.
L9ve you channel. With the paw paw or Papua, leave them on the tree till they are orange and ripe. Don't pick them green. In Australia the mango tree fruit in December, so they won't be flowering yet. I would contact the previous owners to find out what all the fruit trees are. I'm sure they wouldn't mind. 😊
I love this keep doing what you doing you giving me all kind of ideas when I do by my house love it and don't worry about the haters they don't always hate you doing awesome job and you are such an inspiration thank you❤😊
New subscriber here though I have watched your videos off and on for a couple years. Sorry that you get some snarky comments. Anyone who has made a major move like you have knows that it is a LOT of work and very tiring. You are doing a great job sharing it with us! Thank you!
Good day Amy. I love watching your videos and you have a beautiful house in Florida. The two trees in your back yard is mangoes trees. It takes a long time for those trees to grow to get mangoes. You will see flowers on it and that's when later on your mangoes will be coming. I live in the West-Indies and we have lots of mangoes trees here. Have a great Day.
Amy I just wanted to let you know it’s better to leave your pool on filtering that way the algae can’t attach to the walls and any algae can be sucked into the sand filter. My mom has had a pool for 30 years with minimal algae problems. Sunlight and still water attracts algae.
Hi Amy, I am really enjoying your clog style at the moment, and it's been fun to watch you and Greg together with the excitement of moving to a new home, new place. It's been uplifting, thank you🫶👐
I was thinking….about your love of the blueberry cobbler creamer from Walmart. You could always ask them to carry it or you can go onto Instacart and get it. I live in Michigan and work at Amazon and it’s been incredibly HOT and humid here which basically means a sweaty mess. So when I get home I do not want anything hot to eat. So, I have been exploring cold dinner ideas. I have been enjoying a cold pasta salad, taco salad, chicken salad and today I’m making the Cowboy Caviar. Thanks for sharing your life and what you’re doing. I look forward to your videos every morning. Hugs from Michigan.
I feel like I am a better cook in the cooler weather. In the fall, winter and spring I do casseroles, soups and stews. In the summer I struggle, I don't want to heat my house up by running the stove alot. I did make chicken tortellini soup on a rainy day this week, my boys loved it! Hope your having an awesome day Amy, see you tomorrow!! ❤🙏🙂
Hi there Amy, In Florida the best time to water is later in the evening or real early in the morning. You can train plants to live without much water which is what I suggest. Just watch your neighbor's see what they do for your area. I hope you all are settling in ok. True Floridan's are very friendly you can strike up a conversation just standing in the check out. I got a shock when I was up north and tried that and no one said a thing back (so rude). LOL
In the summer and this heat, you need to run your pool pump about 12-15 hours a day. In the winter can cut that time in half. Our pool has a timer so we just program it and it cuts on and off each day on its on.
Don’t pay attention to the snarky people. I am thoroughly enjoying your moving / getting settled vlogs. You guys have gotten a lot done in a short amount of time. Enjoy the process❤.
I like the videos with you and Greg going shopping. Don’t worry too much , it’s life as you are now in a change of circumstances. Things will soon settle into new routine. You may not return to how things were at your other home. It’s enjoyable seeing your new journey, life moves on . Amy have you ever shopped using Azure standard and butcher box? I know Becky from Acre homestead shops a lot baking products from there, just a thought? . Enjoy the journey our Lord takes you on . Lord bless you xxxxx
Taco soup is a good idea for black beans. We love it!! 2 more easy recipes by family likes are cherry dump cake with chopped pecans and chicken on the ritz casserole. That’s a huge favorite. 4-6 lg cans of chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 oz sour cream, mix and put in dish. Crush a sleeve of ritz crackers and put in top. Melt a stick of butter and pour over crackers. 350 for 3 min. I serve with rice and green beans
Love your channel Amy, Love your new home as well. I know it takes awhile to get settled in and to get unpacked... it took me a little over a month to get settled and organized when we move to Florida a year-and-a-half ago.
Mango trees take up to 5 to eight years before they bear fruit. Your trees look young so that is most likely why no fruit. You will know when your tree is going to bear fruit as you will have white flowers on it. I know where I live, Ft. Lauderdale Fl, we have fruit from April to July on our trees.
Amy, Love your videos. I’ve lived in Fla. twice. My late husband was in the Coast Guard. We lived in St. Petersburg and then again in. Cocoa Beach. Loved it there. My brother recently loved to the Kissimmee area. I enjoy watching you and Greg explore. Some of the places you go are so familiar. We’ve vacationed in Siesta Key in Sarasota. Anyway, love all of your content. About your stainless steel…….I clean mine with the Sprayway cleaner. It shines it beautifully. Leaves no streaks. God bless!!
I know you got the generator but here we don’t Jam Pack are freezers in the hurricane months because we lose power just a heads up. December-May freeze away. Idk if Greg do the generator yet
I like your videos. Your right life can be the same. And all of a sudden boom something changes. I have a high school reunion which I’m on the committee. Then also we had our kitchen remodel, now I’m in the process of moving, purging, organizing everything back in it’s new place.and trying to a few things for the High school reunion. Omg I’m on overload. But I just focus on the little things. But it gets done. I’m know you will get it done too.
I think these videos are fantastic....love to see how everything comes together...keep doing what you are doing things will fall into place ...that's why uts called a day in my life....❤🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
Hey Amy, once you get the outside of the dishwasher clean use an e- cloth on it to continue to clean the stainless steel. You can use it on all the stainless steel in the house and there won't be a residue buildup
It’s your house, your channel. Do you and what you need to do. Don’t worry about the negative Nancies
Thank you 😊
Dear Amy...don't worry about explaining to anyone why you do or don't film. Your channel, you get to decide, dear Sister. We wouldn't even know about what we're missing if you didn't mention it 😆. Bless you...
There's a website called all recipe that let's you type in the ingredients you have and it will search and give you a bunch of recipes using those ingredients! In Australia the mango tree fruit in December, so they won't be flowering yet. I would contact the previous owners to find out what all the fruit trees are. I'm sure they wouldn't mind. 😊
I love this keep doing what you doing you giving me all kind of ideas when I do by my house love it and don't worry about the haters they don't always hate you doing awesome job and you are such an inspiration thank you❤😊
Love your channel
New subscriber here though I have watched your videos off and on for a couple years. Sorry that you get some snarky comments. Anyone who has made a major move like you have knows that it is a LOT of work and very tiring. You are doing a great job sharing it with us! Thank you!
Thank you
Good day Amy.
Thank you for this
Amy I just wanted to let you know it’s better to leave your pool on filtering that way the algae can’t attach to the walls and any algae can be sucked into the sand filter.
You as well
Hi there Amy, In Florida the best time to water is later in the evening or real early in the morning. LOL
Yes southern areas more friendly
In the summer and this heat, you need to run your pool pump about 12-15 hours a day. In the winter can cut that time in half. Our pool has a timer so we just program it and it cuts on and off each day on its on.
Oh thank you for this
Love the skillet you used to make eggs/breakfast
Don’t pay attention to the snarky people. I am thoroughly enjoying your moving / getting settled vlogs. You guys have gotten a lot done in a short amount of time. Enjoy the process❤.
Yes! We moved to North Carolina around the same time as you guys, and I still have boxes to sort through! Oh, the pressure we put ourselves under..
Speculous is a German gingerbread type flavor, Aldi carries a spread like it during Xmas holiday
That small tree is a prickly custard apple tree!
Just found your channel and love it, Amy! ❤

I'll look into it thank you
Taco soup is a good idea for black beans. We love it!! 2 more easy recipes by family likes are cherry dump cake with chopped pecans and chicken on the ritz casserole. That’s a huge favorite.
4-6 lg cans of chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 oz sour cream, mix and put in dish. Crush a sleeve of ritz crackers and put in top. Melt a stick of butter and pour over crackers. 350 for 3 min. I serve with rice and green beans
I am loving your videos. You get things accomplished with such ease. Your sweet spirit is so uplifting. Thank you for sharing your life with us

Love your channel Amy, Love your new home as well. I know it takes awhile to get settled in and to get unpacked... it took me a little over a month to get settled and organized when we move to Florida a year-and-a-half ago.
Thanks for the tip about your dishwasher. I so have to try it❤❤
i am loving the vlogs ❤
God bless!!
Mangos can take from 4 - 6 years until they produce fruit!!! let it grow until then. It is also a very nice shade tree
I know you got the generator but here we don’t Jam Pack are freezers in the hurricane months because we lose power just a heads up. December-May freeze away. Idk if Greg do the generator yet
You can buy a large cabinet unit with doors that will fit in the space you took down the shelves . Give you lots of storage. Thank you for sharing 🌸🙏🌸
Love your channel, Amy! And I’m enjoying the content ❤. Have a blessed day!
I think these videos are fantastic....love to see how everything comes together...keep doing what you are doing things will fall into place ...that's why uts called a day in my life....❤🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
Hi miss Amy, the big tree is a mango tree, the small one is an avocado tree. thanks for sharing I love watching your videos..
I appreciate this thank you
Hey Amy, once you get the outside of the dishwasher clean use an e- cloth on it to continue to clean the stainless steel. You can use it on all the stainless steel in the house and there won't be a residue buildup
