9:15 As a tall italian guy with long arms I think Panatta machines are more suited for people under 6ft. Some of their machines remain the best in their category even for tall guys btw
you should let him use straps so that he can actually grow his back, so that his grip isn't a limiting factor which it seems that it is, hindering his back gains. To grow his forearms, it would be way more productive to do isolation movements towards his forearms.
I had L3,4,5 ruptured disc replacement surgery. I am 51 years old and train 4-5 days a week. My back is lagging because I’m nervous about any bent over rows exercise. Any suggestions?

2. Single arm dumbbell rows
3. Deadlifts
4. Cable Row/ and lat pull downs
