I heard from chat before that he's (Astel) is a pro somewhere, but idk how true that is. He might as well be a pro, because those skills are not ordinary at all lol.
Jerome Bustillo Astel technically isn’t a pro. He’s mentions in some previous Zatsudans that he didn’t really fall in love with APEX until the Vtuber tourney when he started playing with friends on the Chibistars team. If he keeps playing like this though, he really could go pro eventually
and remembering he said, he dont like to be pro but wanna be good on this..... kinda like too much cause he want to find enemy as much as possible to put his abilities to test :'D

I almost watch the entirety of his 24 hour APEX stream but sleep slaps hard.

I just notice I don't get as much nausea when I watch Astel play; I can watch it. Usually when I watch other people play I feel like dying after 5 minutes cause I get terrible nausea from FPS games.
I thought my eyes have something to do with astigmatism so I get nauseous when watching FPS. I really can't watch it but I'm trying to support the boys 😭

He was an absolute beast in the scrimms, topping the damage dealt chart and the kill chart. He was also doing work on the tournament itself securing 5th place (highest in all of the hololive teams).

I started to watch Astel's APEX streams not a while ago, and man... he is insane, not only that, but he plays well and have a lot of fun at the same time which make it even better

I only watch him live playing apex twice and I hate that every time he uses G7 he's soooo damn good with it. He's mowing people left and right sometime only with iron sight.

Comparing to present, he improved a lot (even tho he is already a god here)! On bronze/silver/gold ranked lobby avg 3k damage and two digits kills is a usual Astel occurence. Also something is def not right when he is not a kill leader. Just some days ago he reached 5.4k dmg in Temma's stream!
Yeah, he is really good here but then he improved so much that this just looked average for him

Both are introverts. Astel also has had several invitations from other Holo ID members but he seemed to have rejected them too..
Temma and Choco did have a DbD collab before, so it's not very knew for them to have known each other.

Astel is going to join the next tourney with Izuru. How good is Izuru?
Izuru is a Diamond or was diamond many times before. He is really good as well. He says he plays a lot off stream. Kira was also ridiculously good. There is a reason they got 5th, of not for the very 1st match where they got destroyed by the Hololive destroyer gorilla, they could have easily got 4th and higher.

@@jamesjason8471 he isn't from Hololive, but there is a vtuber named virtual gorilla and he is a really good apex player. He was a vtuber back when vtubers were still very new.

@@jamesjason8471 really hard to say because there is a lot of good players. But I would have to say that Aqua and Astel are probably the best. They both made it to Diamond solo and just watching how they move in the game is very clean and impressive. There are a lot of others like Matsuri and Izuru who are also very good. Choco-sensei, Arurandeisu and Roberu have been getting really good as of late as they are playing a lot.
Oh I also think Towa is one of the best as well since she plays Apex probably as much as Aqua and Astel.

It's hard to face Hemlok and G7 players. If they're good, they'll destroy you in seconds. I don't know if it's just me tho.
