The cute and heartwarming thing about this event is many members just realized on how hard people actually support them. From the heartfelt feeling from THE guy Jimmy for Aki, the surprised Axel from seeing that there was someone who actually cosplay as him, the flustered Hakka when he found someone whose oshi is him despite being the newest gen in Holostars, and many more. Looking at the crowded chat is a thing. But seeing and listening their fans' support directly like this surely bring more feeling.

Most of the times you can hear the cameraman repeat what they say on stream to the interviewee, though there are also parts of the expo where the stream is being played on screen and it can be heard (for example I think near the food area?)
if you listen closely you can hear their voices coming from speakers in the venue
there are screen over the area showing the stream
