Like some of my favorite authors have said, you never really learn how to write books, you just learn how to write the specific one you're writing and once its done u have to start again and learn a new book
@@syedrafayshah7698i have an exam week in school and it's an essay on Iago's betrayals in Othello (Shakespearean tragedy if you aren't familiar) so nothing too special but I crave praise from my teacher so I'm putting my soul into it
It’s not just you, totally feel the fruit talk, i think because olive, figs, grape etc remind us about the past, the luxurious and delicious taste of an ancient world
I love this concept of videos; they inspire me and make me love life itself. You are truly my queen, Dakota, and if I had the time (more like the energy to make some), I would star in a cult praising your name.
I literally discovered your channel yesterday afternoon, and to say I’m obsessed is a euphemism. I’ve been binge watching your videos ever since. I love your vibes so much, I swear I’m gonna end up creating a character for my stories inspired by you at some point Lots of love and cosy autumn vibes your way 💚
A story of you It’s how you put down the spoon Gently, in soft motion, with precise intent Imagine the flight of the hummingbird Ethereal and purposeful It’s the cat’s graceful jump on your lap Purring warmly It’s the quiet smile given to a stranger Just walking by This morning I listen to the silences And I am reminded of you It’s the complicit glance friends share Hearing all that is unsaid The delicate and privileged touch Of a snowflake landing on your face This morning I listen to the silences And I hear you In the bewitching final note Floating from the sad melody On the piano On this ordinary day This morning I heard the silences Telling me a story gentle and true Of might and strength unloud A story of you It’s how you put down the spoon
7:50 yes accidental spoilers *me pretending I haven’t retained every little hint about this novel over the past year and a half and there’s a clue bulletin board with red thread in my brain*
Sort of messed up she doesn't cite or even mention the song's use in the description. I can confirm the earlier comment, @angel87620 , it's "Messin Plutot Que Français" by Noir Boy George.
Have not watched you for a little while. Take care of your health - put yourself first - relax in the spaces between the paragraphs. And breath fresh air not lock yourself away precious.
your videos inspire me to live out life as an author but i am always saddened when i remember i grew up and live in germany and my english will never be a match for people who grew up with that language. i have no interest in writing in german, and i dont think there is support here if you are starting out as an english writer over here. maybe i will get my chance sometime later in life if i ever get the chance to move out of this country. love your videos as always, you're a huge inspiration
Hi, I'm from Germany too so I feel qualified to give you a heads up, it is possible to learn English to the degree that you can match or even surpass native speakers. Think, most people can converse in their native language but would not feel capable of applying the language in a way that would be fit for an interesting literary piece - if you are good at English grammar- and vocabulary wise and have some aptitude for dramatic writing, you are good to go. It should also be possible to send your pieces to international publishers via the internet. Granted, this won't be as helpful/pay off as quickly as local publishers, but I still suggest you try it - you can't really lose with it.
Hey silly can you make an adaptation of Hunter S. Thomason’s writing routine!! It would be such a cute fun video. Of course not the snow but replace it with something else heheh
would honestly love an apartment tour where u explain why u picked each piece of art in your flat
I feel like I’m one of the rare few that summer makes me depressed . I thrive in the colder gloomy seasons.
Me too 👍🏻
I find that I'm a solar powered battery. I charge during the summer but I'm used in the gloomy seasons.
I love the cold so much I go through seasonal depression in the spring and summer 😂😂. Maybe it’s because I was born during a blizzard
Finally met my twin 🎉

Saving to watch before bed but I literally am on a nature walk and thought the same thing as this title.

Writing down your thoughts everywhere is so relatable, even the way you write them down is
the aesthetic of your little bookshelf corner is to die forrr
I like your rosary on the wall. Here in Bosnia, it's tradition in Catholic households to keep rosaries on the wall like you.
Two videos on the same week??????? We’ve been blessed
sending writing motivation from across the pond (from a boston kid trying to write too

Purring warmly
It’s the quiet smile given to a stranger

This morning I listen to the silences
And I am reminded of you
It’s the complicit glance friends share
Hearing all that is unsaid
The delicate and privileged touch
Of a snowflake landing on your face
This morning I listen to the silences
And I hear you
In the bewitching final note
Floating from the sad melody
On the piano
On this ordinary day
This morning I heard the silences
Telling me a story gentle and true
Of might and strength unloud
A story of you
It’s how you put down the spoon
Love it❤
