I can see this. When I first got with my ex I remember meeting his friends and family and they were all so astonished and talking about how he changed his life so much since he met me. Omg! This happened with me with my bio father. I only knew him for four months in my adulthood. He would always say, "my family doesn't need to know what goes on with us", because I would talk about it on that side of the family with my aunt. He told so many lies and kept up so much confusion in his close circle of people within so little time of knowing him. It always sounded like to me, "be abused quietly." He also cried and apologized just to punish me later for sharing what was happening or setting boundaries. You're on point!

The woman was used to triangulate me many times to be abble to suck me back in. That woman was convinced i was a demon on earth untill the day she met me. I was convinced she was bad but what i saw was a woman that become unbalanced and drunk after 12 years of abuse.Thats when she finally realized he fooled both. I finally left that house where my stay in 6 months were 95% of hell. During that 6 months i was posting photos of an happy couple trying to gaslight my self and others. I didnt want to admit to myself neither to others that my love was beeing a failure. Just abuse i was not happy. Who can be happy with someone disfuncional? Be real. Did you really felt loved, respected and safe with them? Maybe for some hours some days. Whoever is the new suppy thank her. Shes taken the burden at her back giving you time to heal and release from the adiction. Some new supply are naif, others are other narcs like them but give thanks to God the new supply is enterteining him. Gives you time to start healing

If it wasnt that abuser it would be other. After realizing that many other abusers tryed to get in my life and had no chance. Codependency is an deficiency in our self love. As we regain self love we loose co dependency. We became aware of our value and that the bad image we had from ourselfs was not truth. But never warn the new supply. She wont listen only will think your jealous and trying to destroy her hapiness. Better stay silent. She will think if shes not fighting to get him back maybe really theres something wrong with him. I can see this. When I first got with my ex I remember meeting his friends and family and they were all so astonished and talking about how he changed his life so much since he met me. That change is temporary. Eventually They go back to their real selves. Now I’m seeing him doing all these things like working 2 jobs. Yet he’d barely work to take care of his family. I guess he’s back at that stage now with the new supply. Eventually it’ll wear off.

I've never heard any of these narcissistic coaches ever explain this scenario but you and one other coach! The rest venture into other topics that don't get to the heart of the problem or more in depth! One narcissistic coach on TH-cam that I won't name, names told me that once the old supply rejects that hoover it has nothing to do with the narcissist or new supply! I told this person that negative energy has to be projected on to the new supply if the discarded old supply rejects that hoover and the coach told me no it's got nothing to do with you it was the cycle they were currently in! It's like I'm sure everyone can relate to this for an example, having a very bad day at work or in general and you sometimes take it out on the nearest person to you such as a spouse or your kids, etc. but you don't do it intentionally or to be malicious and later you regret being hurtful but that negative energy has to go somewhere if you're non toxic but a narcissist does this because they feed off negative supply and enjoys this as it is a normal behavior. Well I just found out my ex narc is not with the new supply, for about a week and a half now. The flying monkeys are talking. The narc has not reached out to me but I hear he made an arrogant comment that he could get back with me if he wanted to. He is in for a rude awakening. Ooooooo I got one. I'm 32, he's 62. He's retired military, home owner, divorced three times each back to back and disowned by his one adult daughter who is my age. Ok that's background info.
We date, he scoped me out bc he THOUGHT I was a good young dumb target. He saw eye candy and cheap sex (cheap by comparison of his wives). He saw me as STUPID bc he didn't think I knew narcs mind games, love bombing, gaslighting, mental abuse, bait n switches, censoring conversations, smear campaign, playing victim, and playing helpless.
To shorten this, they get more desperate as they get old. They get delusional too and very excited to find a person they think is green but get ANGRY when they realize their game doesn't work. Also, when they were young they were able to lure women with sex but this guy sucks at it so he literally had no chance. He got played from the beginning but thought he was doing the playing.
You can have a old one eating from your hand but you gotta play dumb in the beginning, is my whole point. Bc they get more desperate for a dying mate as they get old. They also get scared of being found out bc of their track record. I also feel scared to break it off because he so desperate and tried to talk me but I refused to move in with him, and refused to marry him.
