Enjoyed the video! I know what you mean about decluttering and being more minimalist. I have been going thru and getting rid of things that doesn’t bring me joy or I haven’t used and is just taking up space. I was cleaning while your video was on the TV. Good luck on your quest for 2023. 😊
Hi Lauren. Here’s just a few tips with your roses on your table. If you put tape across the top of your vase in a grid pattern it will help hold the stems more upright so they don’t just fall over. You can use clear scotch tape so it doesn’t show. Also, trim all the leaves so there is no greenery below the water line. Otherwise it’s that greenery that gets all gross and slimy and starts to stink. Hope that helps or you can try with your next arrangement 🌹 🌷💐

Glad you clarified that because I personally don’t watch videos focused on minimalism. I enjoy home decor videos, and I find homes that look like a hotel room cold and boring!

That pizza looks so yummy! I definitely want to try it. I’ve been on a “make from scratch” kick the past few months. I made bread from scratch for the first time and I’ve been making different cookies. I feel the same way you do about my home. I love decorating but I really want to be more minimal this year and think through my purchases more. That way I fill our home with pieces I love /are timeless.

Good For you Lauren! I had my best friend come over 2 weeks ago and declutter red and good willed about 80% of my apartment lol! We have a 9 month old little girl. And my whole goal was minimalism and to manage my own space just like you! It made no sense that I couldn’t manage my own space. When you finish, it will be such a life changer. Good Luck on it all! ❤

Oh girl I get you on the comforter sizes. We have a king bed and I got so frustrated having to pull the side of the bed you see coming into the room over so it looked decent while the other side didn’t even cover the bottom of the mattress. I went back to the traditional bedspread and use the comforters and duvets as throw blankets on the bed. Works out so much better for me and you with the bedspread it looks like a built in bed skirt so 2 birds 1 stone 😂
Can you share your recipe book? I have the hardest time keeping all mine together LOL

We actually don’t do Valentine’s Day. We do stuff year round and I personally have never been a fan of the day. Personal reasons. But, my husband’s bday is the day after and we do celebrate that.

We do our Valentine’s Day date night not on that night just because every restaurant is busy and booked. So we go the day before or after Valentine’s Day. 🤍 The kitchen lamp corner decor is simple and cute! 🤍Fun charcuterie board! 🍓🍫 Your blush pink shirt is so cute! 💐 I love your bedding. I always order or buy a size bigger than my bed size and that way it’s longer on the sides 😊 Those pizzas looked yummy! 🍕💜 Oliver is so cute!
