You don’t want to have foam in your hot milk cause it takes up too much room in the cup and you won’t have enough hot milk to melt the bomb. We LOVE Disney, but they have really fallen behind in so many areas. We have started going to Universal more and have been really enjoying it.

Did the tour on Monday. Great value, it's only 60 bucks for AP holders (70 regularly). Way.....WAY cheaper than Disney's $190-$250 (depending on the day) four hour after party. The cookies and cocoa were meh, but the experience with the Grinch going table to table was fun.

I’d rather go to Universal instead of Disney for the holidays I think. I’m mean the Grinch AND The Wizarding World?! PLUS possibly seeing Beetlejuice…..sounds perfect to me! Plus I’ve been to WDW for Christmas one year and it was so packed and crazy that someone ACCIDENTALLY bumped my little brother into a wall and he busted his head. The person didn’t mean to and immediately stopped and helped. But because of that I’ll never go back to WDW during the holidays.
The Universal team IS now the best all around, especially their celebration of the holidays. Since we remember when Disney was in the same position of being the best, we just hope that the Universal leadership can resist following the Disney leadership down the same “rabbit hole” that seems to have consumed their desire to provide quality, value, AND customer service satisfaction. We just took the Universal Holiday Tour and it was an excellent experience thanks to ALL of their team.

My company will no longer take quests (customers) to Walt Disney World, as I no longer feel they have a appreciation of the people who have supported "Disney" for decades. The endless maneuvering to fleece every single sole that enters their parks has become way to much (Disney's After Hours Christmas event at the Magic Kingdom now starts at $209 plus tax). Add in the pleather of abandoned attractions and the pathetic holiday offerings and it solidifies my decision to deny funding for Disney Park attendance at company expense.

Wow! Universal has really been pulling out all the stops lately. Christmas parade, snope, live entertainment, lots of characters all without having to pay an extra $250 per person like some other parks. They've really upped their game. I know where I'll be spending more of my theme park 💰.
How to cocoa bomb: put the cocoa bomb into an empty mug/cup. Pour hot milk with (no foam) onto it. So with this cocoa bomb, you would buy a cup of hot milk without any foam and ask for an extra cup.
I reccomend getting a spot where the big tree is for the finally, I have a video of yhat scene from years ago if anyone want to check it out, it may be cold to wait that long, but its worth it
