I'm a trucker and use plenty of flash lights, but for home use there's no way this would be my go-to light, here's why: 1, The slide option is cool for use but it accidently opens easily and turns on and drains the batteries when it does. 2, This dude gobbles battery power and the worklight requires max power in the batteries. When the batteries start to drain, the worklight will fail yet the flashlight works fine. That means you need to toss perfectly good batteries in order to get the worklight to function. Please test that? 3, Nebo will not repair / replace your light unless you prove purchase and it's within their warranty. I will never buy another light from Nebo because they do not stand behind their products. Lousy customer support and much better choices are available.
I bought three of these about 3 months ago. While I have about 50 flashlights, this one is my go to. Never without one....whether in my cargo pocket during the day or in my hand in the evenings to take to dogs out.
I dropped mine and now it only works plugged in to the USB charger. I have a new battery fully charged and it still won't work unless it is plugged in. Does anyone know how to fully disassemble one? I want to see if something inside got knocked out of place.
Has anyone had any issues with charging using a USB-C cable from a different device? I just got this flashlight and I left the cable somewhere. So I tried using a different USB-C cable and the battery does not charge (The charging indicator does not turn on either). Is it a requirement that the USB-C that is supplied with the flashlight has to be used? Thanks in advance! I really like this flashlight. Hopefully mine is not faulty
Junk went through 4 they only last 4-8 months got 1.8 months out of my last light they just don't hold to longevity and they can not get wet not even a little the on-off buttons a problem and the charging post plug falls off because its si flimsy this light feels good in your hand and is heavyweight but they don't last.
i got a slyde pluss for christmas but cant get it out of demo mode......had the batterys out several times like the instructions said to do but it keeps turning off after a few seconds....
Is there a proper way to 'break-in' the battery? Some people say I should charge the battery for 8 hours minimum as soon as you get it (even if reads full aft only a few mins).. others say I should 1st run the battery down low and then full charge it (8hrs).. Are there any truth's to these myths?
Why is my flash light only turning on for a minute or two then turning off and I have to click it to turn it on again and again annoying. can someone help out ?
Try taking all of the batteries out, with them all out, hold down the power button for ~15 seconds. After that, let go of the power button & replace the batteries. That should work, because of a mode called ‘Demo Mode’ for battery saving purposes in a store. Hope this helps :)

Mine's super dim but cob work's great.
Do they all have the friction lock for the slide? I have the 500 linen one, but no way to adjust the slide part? Mine was also blister pack not box
Sometimes they move free sometimes they dont cheap Chinese junk

Have 2, protec 500 duel. Same problem. Turns off after 15 seconds.
Pull the battery and weit 10 sec and reinstall
