Good quide for diyers, important if you don't have hall sensor like shown on the video, new versions have it inlegrated with main pcb so you will have to order pcb
That is very useful information and I look forward to exploring inside the machine to see how they have constructed this one. Not too sure if the hall sensor should be incorporated into the PCB as that makes it expensive for customers, but it would stop any leakage problems causing damage to the hall sensor.
Mine is jerking but not spinning. When I open the stator, there was no hall sensor there. I watched one of the videos on TH-cam where the technician mentioned that there are some versions of this LG washing machine without hall sensor. It is integrated within the board, then the question here how to fix it
Being a top loader we replaced dozens of hall sensors and motors on F&P machines due to water damage mainly after bearing failures. Luckily we also had machines with computer failures to salvage good motors from.
That's the great advantage of being in the trade. We've always got the lock up full of spares from old machines. The problem is I'm starting to look like a very big hoarder

Hi, my motor can’t even spin by hand, how do I check if any objects is stuck in between drum and motor as mentioned by you? Managed to opened and removed the hall sensor but now think that might not be the source of the problem. Thanks in advance.
There was smoke coming from washer and inside the drum as well when i opened the door. This seemed to happen at the height of spin cycle. I took the back off and felty the drive motor but it does not feel hot, it spins freely and there are no strange sounds. I'll remove the stator and check it out.

Hi my Kenmore Elite (809KWFN8E363) doesn't have a hall sensor. I've taken it all apart -everything is checking out fine: continuity, wires, circuits, controller, magnet, pumps, all seem to be fine... I usually find the easiest way of doing this is either remove the heating element then use a coat hanger to hook it out, another way is to remove the sump hose

It cant the hall sensor .. my washer started this code after i turn the water pressure down thinming it was to high .. replace the hall sensor .. same code . Found out Le code is water . Not enought water

Si le moteur a été testé et que vous avez déjà remplacé le capteur à effet Hall, il s'agit probablement d'un problème au niveau de la carte de circuit imprimé. Si la carte de circuit imprimé n'est plus disponible, la meilleure solution est d'en trouver une d'occasion sur des sites d'achat comme eBay. Comme vous êtes en France, je ne sais pas quels sont les sites que vous utilisez là-bas. Vous pouvez essayer de lancer un cycle de test sur votre machine, mais en général, le code d'erreur LE indique un défaut lié au moteur. Vérifiez également la continuité de chaque fil allant de la carte de circuit imprimé au moteur. Parfois, les fils situés au bas de la machine peuvent souffrir de la fatigue du métal et se rompre en interne. Il est donc utile de les inspecter également. I replaced Hall sensor but my LG wd 10396nd didn ´t work..but I have to say, I´ve learnt something new
do you know what the ohm readings SHOULD be on the hall sensor and on which pins to verify it's bad with an ohm check?
The manufacturers do not give me the readings you can only obtain the information that I actually put in the video

I usually find the easiest way of doing this is either remove the heating element then use a coat hanger to hook it out, another way is to remove the sump hose

It cant the hall sensor .. my washer started this code after i turn the water pressure down thinming it was to high .. replace the hall sensor .. same code . Found out Le code is water . Not enought water

I replaced the HAL sensor but it didn't fix the issue.

Hi mate, if you are talking about the hall sensor then sometimes these are built-in to the card units we normally just replace the pcb.

I changed the hall sensor no more LE code but it doesn’t reach full spinning speed not even a 400 rpm
That's a new one try going into diagnostic mode and following the procedure as in the video make sure the drum is empty

Bonjour je possède un lave linge lg F52590WH 15kg,quand je lance un programme rapide et le tambour ce bloque à la 24 ème minutes ou à d'autres moment du lavage et du rinçage du temps restant,quand j'ai cette erreur,j'ouvre le hublot et je tourne le hublot manuellement. après je referme le hublot et la machine fonctionne très bien,j'ai déjà changé le rotor,le Stator,la tachimetrie,le bandeau de commande avec sélection des programme,j'ai toujours cette panne qui affiche de temps en temps un code défaut LE,je pense que ces la carte de puissance qui déconne.cordialement
Si le moteur a été testé et que vous avez déjà remplacé le capteur à effet Hall, il s'agit probablement d'un problème au niveau de la carte de circuit imprimé. Si la carte de circuit imprimé n'est plus disponible, la meilleure solution est d'en trouver une d'occasion sur des sites d'achat comme eBay. Comme vous êtes en France, je ne sais pas quels sont les sites que vous utilisez là-bas. Vous pouvez essayer de lancer un cycle de test sur votre machine, mais en général, le code d'erreur LE indique un défaut lié au moteur.
Vérifiez également la continuité de chaque fil allant de la carte de circuit imprimé au moteur. Parfois, les fils situés au bas de la machine peuvent souffrir de la fatigue du métal et se rompre en interne. Il est donc utile de les inspecter également.

@@How-to-repair bonjour monsieur,merci beaucoup d'avoir pris le temps de répondre à ma question,j'ai changé le capteur effet hall (tachimetrie) plusieurs fois,j'ai aussi acheté d'occasion un bandeau de commande avec programmateur,j'ai acheté d'occasion un Rotor et stator pour tout tester et le problème reste le même,la machine fonctionne bien mais le tambour ce bloque à plusieurs intervalle dans le cycle du décompte du temps restant du lavage,je pense acheté une machine neuve samsung 18kg,je serai tranquille,si je change la carte électronique de puissance et que j'ai encore des problème,j'aurais dépenser de l'argent pour rien,le mieux ces d'acheter du neuf.merci à vous
