They've fought twice. Season 2 episode 15 - when Bobbi is part of the "real SHIELD", they fight over Fury's toolbox. Season 3 episode 6 - the one mentioned previously, May pretends to be pissed at Bobbi and attacks her in order to test if she's recovered from her injuries enough to return to the field.
They're actually the best fighters in the show.
