I lived in Seoul 2001-2009. I went all over Korea as well as Japan and parts of China, Vietnam, and Thailand. I had so much seafood I began to speak fishy! I ate on the water edge with just simple hibachi cooking as well as in elegant restaurants. Everything was a grand experience. I loved living in Europe but I got so much more from living in Korea. Thanks Korea.

And the last time I checked, the price went up by 20 to 25%. Plus there was a huge promotion going on so the clam + shrimp dish was on the house. I hope this helps :)
I went to a habachi grill and they had octopus legs and a whole fried crab. It costed A LOT so my grandmothers friend got one fried crab and she gave me a leg. I remember tasting it and wanting to rob the restaurant of ALL its fried crab

The yellow stuff inside the cooked crab is the crab’s hepatopancreas. It's also called crab butter or crab sauce. True, some people don’t like it but this is one of my favorite parts of the crab along with the meat :)
