When you were accepted was there a group for admitted students (on Facebook or wherever). I was recently accepted into the MAIS program and would love to connect with other students but haven't been able to find anything. Thanks!
Hi! Thanks for the comment. I think that comes down to practice and doing it long enough, until you no longer realise the difference. I’ve been learning English since I was 3, and I also spent time abroad every summer during secondary and high school, so I guess that helped. Then I studied in the UK and the years there made me a lot more confident writing and expressing my ideas in English. So as I said, I think practice is the only way to gradually stop getting nervous when speaking foreign languages. Oh, and don’t be afraid of making mistakes! Just go for it. As long as the message gets across, you’ll be fine.
Would you mind explaining why I have to constantly reread a simple potion of text to fully comprehend and understand it? It takes me 2-3 times to read a simple paragraph to understand it and I'm not sure why, it just started to occur.
Hi, my girlfriend was telling me recently that she was struggling with this too and she said that what helped was to try to summarise each paragraph in one/two sentences on the margin. With this in mind, your mind focuses differently and wanders less. Hope this helps :)
I was thinking about applying there, but do you have any idea what the dorms and the housing facilities look like because I can’t find them. Thank you!
Hi! Most of my friends living at the DA campus are quite satisfied with the conditions! It's also very fun to live inside the campus with everyone else who is there.
Keep an open mind and take opportunities. Bonus points if you hand in reports on the same day as the events (at your first internships/entry-level jobs)
Hi 👋 I’m from NYC and your videos are so inspiring! Can you in the future talk about how you balance school and a TH-cam channel? I have a hard time as it is and would appreciate all the tips, gracias!

Yes, I will make one soon!
Hi. Could you please perhaps post all the the titles of the books you are expected to read in each course?
Yes. I am interested in politics and international relations myself so I think that would be very interesting.

Congratulations! You should receive some info about a Whatsapp group soon.
Great video! I have a language related question - how did you get comfortable speaking a foreign language to others without getting nervous?
