I will never fly British Airways again after enduring their 2-4-2 "Club World" yin/yang Seat to and from Australia. Absolutely disgraceful product that is nothing like business class. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Passengers climbing all over each other. Almost zero storage. This product is rubbish.
