I think the fact that the “only one will survive” images gradually looked more like Mr. Rogers near the end gives an insight into just how much careful thought was put into this lol

I actually find the old AI really unsettling in what It produces, especially the human faces. So I think that It would be perfect to do more unsettling songs. But DALL-E 2 Is so beautiful that i cannot ask you to revert It back to the original

I have a feeling every piece of lyric isn't used. Like there had to be some edits to make things fit like having the two characters on the screen but the lyric doesn't mention one of them. So I guess the video-maker put some characters they knew into the generator for the rest of the good guys and bad guys.
This was probably the best Lemon Demon song to get the ai treatment, it has so much wacky shit but also things that sound, to an ai atleast, cool in isolation. Half the inages are the funniest thing to ever exist and the other half just look visually stunning.

None of these AI image generation models are deterministic, so it's possible that "this is the ultimate showdown of ultimate destiny" could have generated each one of the chorus images. It's possible that the creator generated each prompt multiple times looking for a good outcome, and I don't doubt that some lines were altered slightly to give better context like Oleg mentioned, but beyond that I don't think it's unlikely at all that these images could have been generated from the song lyrics.

The OP clearly changed lyrics to fit the narrative better, just look at the last image (4:36), where it's mr Rogers standing on a pile of bodies, very clearly different from the other ''showdown'' images generated. It's still really cool, but this is a human cherry picking and tweaking AI output to make art, not fully independent AI generation.

A lot of these images really look like artworks, and I don't know if we should be exstatic or afraid that an AI can create works of art good enough to fool a human eye in a glance.
I simply find it fascinating as i can never imagine it taking over for real life human artists. Take the game chess for example, no human can beat a super computer in chess, but very few of us find a match between these computers to be as exiting as a match between 2 humans.

Dude, I've seen a few of these with Dall-e but the abstract feeling of these is so much better in my opinion.
Dall-E 2 generates more photorealistic stuff, but Midjourney is like an artist/painter.

A lot of these images really look like artworks, and I don't know if we should be exstatic or afraid that an AI can create works of art good enough to fool a human eye in a glance.

I simply find it fascinating as i can never imagine it taking over for real life human artists.
Take the game chess for example, no human can beat a super computer in chess, but very few of us find a match between these computers to be as exiting as a match between 2 humans.
