Can you maybe make a Bulgogi recipe video if you haven't already from Columbia SC i really want to try it authentic and i can't find a proper restaurant, thank you
Had this at a restaurant many years ago and have never forgotten the taste and texture. So good. I tracked some down at a local market. Really looking forward to them.
Thank you so much for this delicious recipe, and for your ongoing efforts to provide us with inspiring and excellent recipes that we can prepare at home. Also like yours and Jacobs funny and entertaining ways!!! Go team!!! Also, really really appreciate it when you post written recipes because it is hard to remember the video when I am in the kitchen.
We order peapod leaves every time we go to our local Chinese restaurant (20+ years). I don't know why we never tried to make this at home. Thank you for this recipe!
Never saw Pea Shoots, are these a certain variety? The peas over here have tendrils and are a grayish green color, these the color is so VIBRANT! Since I won't find these pea shoots here, making this napa or the regular cabbage! Thumbs up my dear Seonkyoung Longest, COOL seeing your hubby and friend enjoying these yummy stirfried veggies, when I make this I'm confident I can eat this like you guys, with chopsticks, why? I can now eat Ramen with chopsticks! lol... :)
@@Pastadudde Broccolini, hmm...never heard of this veggie but googling it and hopefully they'll have this in stock in the Whole foods mart here. Thanks for recommending broccolini. :)
I recently started growing these indoors - I get about 3 harvests per 10x10 tray. I find pea shoots tend to start getting increasingly tough/stringy, once they get taller than 8". Plus, they cook faster when young ... about 30 sec, so I make the sauce first, then marry them. Aside from that, good recipe. 👍😄
Is there a difference between pea shoots and pea vines? My local Asian market sells pea shoots but my local dim sum place has stir-fried pea vines. Also....do you have to take those little stems with the flowery things out? Mike Chen says in his video that you should take them off, which is pretty labor intensive.

How does your assistant use his chopsticks. It looks uncomfortable :)
From the look of it, he might be a lefty. Lefties use their chopsticks differently
It's her nephew
I feel like I'm in the kitchen with you..
Why does the asian assistant guy hold his chopsticks so badly like a western tourist
FoodforThought hes left handed. Let him be.
Not all Asians uses chopsticks growing up. And from the look of it, he might be a lefty. Lefties use their chopsticks differently
I'd like that work but it's not the one you listed below. The wok you're using is larger. Thanks
She ask her family if they tried it b4..... but isnt she the one cooking for everyone? 😳.... 🤔.... Anyways great video... thank you!
What happened to the quirky dorky funny cook?! I’m scared you’re trying to be more “professional” 😭
She seems to have personality changes. It is evident in her videos from the start to present.
Does it taste oyster or fishy please let me know
No. Oyster sauce is used in many asian dishes. It taste sweet & salty. If you have ever had Chinese food...you probably ate it & didn't know.
How does the cameramen hold chopsticks like that and even eat? Lol.
Ikr
