    It is very obvious that you are an honest valuable customer that they have lost. The supply chain from manufacturer to customer is often complex but in this instance it is obvious that the last link is trying to make out and defraud you. My next phone will be a Samsung. BTW my current phone is a 12 year old Nokia (made in Finland) with 2 battery replacements.

    The image you showed at the end of your video, show that to them and let them see the difference side by side.

      I am sending all of this to my service provider if this fails I am going back and show them the photo

      @@AnonymousRepair Yes. You do that and let them see that they are to fault and not you. These people need to know they can't walk all over us.
