I have ignored GM Mode in the previous years. 2k24 GM has me hooked. It has that one more round feel that normally one associates with the Civilization games.
The only thing I wish it had was the ability to add your own show to the GM Mode. That way I can have the Night of the Divas show like I normally add in WWE Universe with the Diva World, International, Hardcore, U.S, and Tag Championships.
Ohhhh my! That would be so cool my friend! Wait until a couple of weeks until my second series comes out with 100 custom wrestlers! Then the anti goes up a notch!

I think maybe you should have made the opener for the title between Becky and Charlotte a three-way or fatal-four way that way you could have gotten some heels in the match proper. I also think you should have waited on the Wrestling Center - that way you could have afforded the payback arena for the PLE and then picked up the Wrestling Center in week 11.
As far as people I'd like to see in the eventual custom roster, I would love to see both the Iiconics. Especially in one of their more feathery outfits.

I think with the power card perk you get one power card per superstar with that perk. So if you have two superstars with that perk at the start of the season then you get two power cards. If you draft 9 superstars with that perk you would have 9 power cards at the start of each season or how many you draft with that perk.
Probably more worthwhile if you are on the same save file and play multiple seasons of My GM.
Thank you for that! The thing I don’t know is how many I would be intentionally drafting in the next season. Last years game only let you carry over three and the rest was redrafted! Excited to carry on playing and find out, but you are absolutely right! I just don’t know why I would pick that perk if I don’t know if I’ll be using them next season!

The first can hold 3, the second 4, the third 5, and the fourth 6, if I'm not mistaken, but since I do mygm with only two brands at a time, I'm not sure if I said well for the 3rd and 4th place ... whoever is first at the end of the season takes it to heart, (not to say a bad word!.🤣😂), when they ask you who to keep. Usually I don't have any problems, since I keep all the samples of the single titles, therefore the two men's ones and the one women's one, which generally reach 100 popularity! 😂
I was listening on the way home and heard you mention you weren't sure that you had time to get a rivalry to level 4. Have you tried both opponent's call each other out same show? When they both work it makes up ground quickly.
Yeah man! It’s a completely valid strategy to build up a feud quickly. I try to avoid it as it feels a tiny bit cheese, but it’s a valid strategy buddy!

Question if someone knows: Why didn't he get the payback arena? I show he had $80k and it cost $50k. Wouldn't the bonuses be worth it? (Note: I haven't watched wrestling in a while and haven't played a wrestling game since a PS2 - so this is a question more on my ignorance and wanting to learn more than a disagreement on what he did)
Below the budget there are small numbers telling him hoe much his show will cost. In this case his was 62,000. If he spent the fifty. He wouldn't have enough to have an ok show. Msking his show bad.
Match types cost money too. Especially matches like falls count anywhere. Submission. Etc.

The reason for this is because since Match types like falls count anywhere, extreme rules, etc cot 35,00 to 20,000. Other types cost more. Some even 90,000. So then he would have to put normal matches cause he would have no money to put on a good show.

Thanks for the answer @Bossup20 there is a bigger debate on value of the PLE arenas which we go into at a later episode, as it doesn’t bring you more money as a result.

Haha, I did. I could have had her sign on for another 4 weeks for free… but there wouldn’t have been as much excitement in that last match… after years of playing this game, I can honestly say… that ppv, was one of the most exciting I’ve ever booked. A big part of the reason for this… I didn’t play that card 😊
