It seems like some people in the UFC, they are only popular because of another fighter. Conor McGregor made Khabib famous overnight with the horrible dolly incident. Adesanya wasn't really bringing much attention, until Sean Strickland went after Izzy at a press conference. In the case of Adesanya, I think if you take away Sean Strickland and Alex Peirera, his star level returns back down significantly.

Garry, Izzy, Colby, Conor, Khamzat, Sean Strickland... these are guys who can't and wouldn't go anywhere or say anything, unless they get to do their Middle School-ish WWE clowning BS....
Although I have to admit --- and this was before he won the belt, when he was still giving Helen Yee interviews every week, doing improvised irreverence --- Sean Strickland's personality is funny as shit. But, unlike Colby, Sean makes fun of himself and everyone else and every subject, even race-based ones that most people think he should not touch. He says he's White trash, so he should be able to trash talk about any one else, for the fun of it all.
Costa is the other goofball that I thought is always funny. The childish things with his Truck, the Secret Juice bullshit, his pretended bravado... his 100% barechested, in-studio interviews with Helwany (we KNOW he walked into the house very well dressed & then just before the interviews, he took his shirt off, just to show off his well sculpted chest muscles).... always saying how he couldn't wait to put his hands on Izzy or Khamzat "Oh, I can't wait until I break that little man" but he NEVER fights.... Costa and Sean Strickland are true goof balls...
Colby, on the other hand, thinks HE and HIS REALLY HIGH IQ right wing fans are PLAYING some characters but deep down, oh, gosh, they are really the nicest, most kind, most tolerant.... like Trump & his Conservative Right Wing Nationalist audience, which included 100% of the Neo Nazis and KKKs of the world. Yeah, really nice people who're just playing WWE characters to keep us giggling, sure!
The only fighter at the UFC who is currently more insufferable than Colby is Ian Garry.
And, then you have the middle-of-the-road personalities like Gaethje, Islam, Arman, Dustin, WB, Aspinall, DDP, Whittaker, Max, Alex...
I have no idea why some guy named Usman is at Lucas "A Tier" category with Conor. I think that guy's Kamura Usman's younger, iron-pumping brother who's a bit too small and totally unskilled heavy weight? I've seen him once once or twice on in fights, so I don't know why Lucas thinks Usman's brother is Conor level entertaining...

Garry and Izzy are must see because at this point something interesting always happens when they fight or outside of the cage. Colby is sort of irrelevant now and I personally couldnt care less about conor right now this return is pointless.Also with izzy's fights/interviews get the most social media attention when they happen. Magny is one of the most exciting fighters in the UFC. He has won more than anyone in welterweight history, displaying a frightening reign of dominance. His crafty clinch game creates an air of suspense every time he fights. Welterweight goat? 🔥👏😃😩
Also his interviews are actually really good, he just hasn’t hit that mainstream wave yet. The Haitian Sensation is just getting started

I would put Strickland in like an opposite tier list than "Fighting style only" probably something like "Outside of fights" because his fights (Besides the Abus one) are very boring and don't reflect his wild personality.
