Hon, if you only look for toxic things you'll only see toxic things. There are plenty of channels that are fine. Particularly, the art/creative and a lot of the pet channels.
Yeah but most channels r stupid n less or more they do contain toxicity atleast in audience. Also it is recommended for u to watch so even reading thumbnail doesn't make u feel good n if u are tricked it's worse@@smol-one
@@smol-one it’s not only the content. In general we’re not meant to consume so much media at once. Once I cut social media it really decreased my screen time and has improved my mood and health. Now I have a set time to read the news, watch TH-cam until my timer runs out, I got a kindle so I spend less time reading on my phone. I dont care to be in the loop on the latest trends or memes anymore.
