People romanticise poverty. It’s hard work and time consuming when everything has to be made from scratch- if there are ways to free your hands and save your back, this lady will do it! She would use an electric kettle to boil water in 2 mins instead of chopping woods every time she needs boil water, she would love to do things she wants to do rather than the endless chores. I’m saying this because my family experienced hardship. They get nostalgic and love the taste of handmade whatever, but they don’t miss the hard life whatsoever. I hope everyone in this world gets to enjoy quality life they deserve.

Nothing wrong with living in a cave. It provides shelter for them and they are happy even with as hard as they work. It may be a cave, but these folks are a lot cleaner than some of the Nepalese villagers I have watched, and they have running water right outside their door!

I’m afghan but my Farsi is really weak and her accent is different from what I’m used to hearing. From what I understand she is very loving to her kids, constantly speaking to them with endearments when calling them over or asking them to do something for her, and she has a lot of patience with them (as most mothers do). I was getting tired from seeing her do all that work, respect to her for raising them so well, it’s a difficult life but you can tell that they are a very happy and loving family.
This is life. Life doesen't care/know about how much money you make or the conditions , life only cares about you living. Life is beautiful anywhere on this planet , love life and life will love you back.

I used to feel sorry for those living this type of life but not anymore. The way of life in the US in all types of settings has gotten so filled with all levels of stress for all citizens no one is allowed peace, no one is satisfied, most have no morals and will kill you for no reason. These people are not worried about being evicted, losing their car, getting shot at, their kids hanging with the wrong crowd and soon becoming drug addicts. I now feel sorry for us in the US, the land of “plenty”.

Those kids are adorable, and the mother works hard to feed them. Not to trivialize this way of life, but some of the exterior shots remind me a bit of Star Wars Tatooine scenes
Nothing wrong with living in a cave. It provides shelter for them and they are happy even with as hard as they work. It may be a cave, but these folks are a lot cleaner than some of the Nepalese villagers I have watched, and they have running water right outside their door!

Hope the girls will be able to educate themselves. Afghanistan is unfortunatly going backwards because of taliban. The food looks delicious.
I’m afghan but my Farsi is really weak and her accent is different from what I’m used to hearing. From what I understand she is very loving to her kids, constantly speaking to them with endearments when calling them over or asking them to do something for her, and she has a lot of patience with them (as most mothers do). I was getting tired from seeing her do all that work, respect to her for raising them so well, it’s a difficult life but you can tell that they are a very happy and loving family.
This is life. Life doesen't care/know about how much money you make or the conditions , life only cares about you living. Life is beautiful anywhere on this planet , love life and life will love you back.

I used to feel sorry for those living this type of life but not anymore. The way of life in the US in all types of settings has gotten so filled with all levels of stress for all citizens no one is allowed peace, no one is satisfied, most have no morals and will kill you for no reason. These people are not worried about being evicted, losing their car, getting shot at, their kids hanging with the wrong crowd and soon becoming drug addicts. I now feel sorry for us in the US, the land of “plenty”.
