Cynova makes an adapter for the osmo action. I've never used it but at only $20 i feel like its worth a try. a.co/d/841mBLB

I use the purple panda mic on amazon and it works really well. However it has a really long cable that can be challenging to stuff in the helmet. In my wife's helmet she has a sennheiser mic that is really good and shorter but costs 3x as much.
