These videos of you dismantling are great, I get to see how the parts all look before buying one. I want to do some custom work and this is very useful.
don't forget the part where you take all the parts at one time into a pile and mash them - my little girl once told me I was doing it wrong because you have to mash the parts before cleaning them! That's SOP now - and nothing has gone wrong since!
My H24-66 truck gears seem to be different, the big gears have two layers and axle gears of two axles are thinner than the third , I had a very hard time to make them mesh correctly, any advice on that? thanks!
That sounds like you have Ernst gears, very hard to get these days. I made a video about Ernst gears in an SD45 a few months ago that is the same kit for the trainmaster.
