You just can't go wrong with the price for a gallon of Pearl. I absolutely love KCX GSF for my nice ride but I was looking for a soap on the daily and Pearl is the perfect choice. I will always keep a bottle of Adam's Car Shampoo on hand if I am in the mood.
Yes I really like this shampoo. P&S seems to always make winning products. I figured it would be a good product so I bought it and It met my expectations that I have from P&S products. When its time to get more soap or you want some variety in your kit give it a try. The foam is a different experience than I am used to but I have to say it was in a good way. If you want huge thick foam this won't do it but the sheeting action of the foam removed a lot of dirt off the panel. I will be using it more in the future for sure. Thanks for watching.

Tried it today for the first time as a 2 bucket method! Slickest car soap I've used so far. Better then Adam's car shampoo or meguiar hyper wash. I will try it in my foam canon next. Thanks for the demo! 😀
It's awesome stuff but I highly recommend you do the 3 bucket method , as the 3rd bucket is meant for wheels , as you should always clean the wheels first , but if your routine works for you that's awesome and yes p&s products are the best value out there
It’s good stuff. I am a big fan of P&S. I like Pearl. I am doing a foam cannon challenge as we speak so make sure to check out all the latest snow foam shampoos. There are some good ones.
You mentioned a rinseless wash soap would be better. How does this compare?? Can it be used as a clay lube?? I mainly want it for rinseless washes but 3 in 1 uses is sounds great. Thank you for the videos, waiting to see what you have next. Amazing work.

Is bead maker the same thing as technitions choice ceremony coat spray? I know that they are both raves about, I currently use tech’s choice because it’s what my tool truck provides. But I love P&S break buster
Tech choice is good stuff. Beadmaker is a similar product but not quite as durable. I say stay with the tech choice if you already have it and it’s easy to get. Try beadmaker later when you get a chance as it is a very cool product. I always enjoy trying new stuff. One of my favorite things with detailing.
I love the Adam's Mega Foam but I thinking of using P & S Pearl as a prewash? The idea would be to spray pear on with the foam cannon let it pull the dirt off and rinse it then come back with Adams Mega foam spray it on and wash the car with Adams? What do you think or is it just an extra step not needed?

With so many options(i.e. ceramic, vs carnauba wax vs poly wax; and spray on vs machine polishers, etc.) it’s hard to know where and what to use. Any advice in the short-term would be much appreciated. Best regards!!!
@@bryancook4553 the reason I have not corrected the paint is due to clear coat issues on the roof and hood that were there when I bought it used. These are common here on the Nissan Titans. I plan to get those spots painted and doing a full correction on the truck. Will be a good transformation. I will get deep into that real soon. I already have plans to do a full tutorial style series on paint correction and protection.

@@bryancook4553 I think the graphine spray sealants would be good for sure. I think the best thing would be a paint correction and a ceramic coating. Than a topper product like beadmaker during the drying process of routine washes. The problem with the hard core spray sealants are they build up over time if used too often like as a drying aid. That’s why I am such a beadmaker fan. Provides great slickness and protection but can be used as often as you want. If you want longer durability and don’t plan on applying products during the drying process after each wash than that’s where the 303 graphine type products shine. This is a topic I wanted to get into as well. I only want my sealant spray to last effectively between washes because I re-apply it each wash as a drying aid. It’s when people put 12 month sealant on top of 12 month sealant every 2 weeks that it defeats the purpose and gets messy. That’s my thoughts anyway. Hope that helps at least a little.

It’s a good cleaner. It is PH neutral as most soaps are. If you are going for extra cleaning power add an oz or 2 of high quality APC to your favorite PH neutral soap mixture and you will get the power you need. Start small. The consequence of this technique and using any soap that’s not PH neutral is they are more likely to spot if it dries on the paint. You have to pick your poison. Lower power PH neutral soaps are easy to use and high power soaps have consequences if used incorrectly. Hope that helps.
I have a gas power washer that is rated for 3100psi - 2.4 gpm. It has many uses around the house but I am concerned using it for the autos as it could damage the finish. What would you recommend for a nozzle and is there a more flexible hose? The current hose is not that user friendly. Thanks!
Yes you have to careful at those pressures. Look at my video list and you can see what I am using. I highly recommend all the items I have. There are links to them in the description to check them out. Reducing pressure output happens by increasing the orifice size with the nozzle of the sprayer. Each pressure washer is different so you may have to sort out the details. 1000 psi is a great car washing result. The more pressure the bigger the orifice needs to be. Hope that helps.

I like them both for different reasons. Adam’s has a thicker foam and P&S has a thinner foam. Both are good shampoos. I plan to do a direct comparison on them real soon.
It’s a rough starting point for this product. You can always add more for thicker foam and less if you want a thinner foam. It’s a great shampoo. I will be putting it up against some heavy hitters in my foam cannon battle. Check out those vids. Thanks for watching
@@HawaiiDetailing I actually have used it for the last couple of days. I put 2 oz in 32oz PF22.2 the first day, and 6oz today and I feel like I actually got better foam with just the 2oz. Also towards the end of the reservoir using 6oz the foam just died on me, idk why. I’ll keep playing with it. But I love the lemon cake smell! 😂😂
@@TurnerMobileDetailing this tendency is common with the MTM tbh I’ve owned one and it was stutter and then go from time to time and have noticed it when others use it as well. I now own a Griots Garage Brilliant finish foam cannon comes with metal anchor to allow more flow from every angle you use it and has a better consistency. I’m not telling you to get it just merely sharing my experience I had with that same issue also.

I think Adam’s car shampoo produces a little more foam but is thicker to work with in the cannon and bucket and Pearl cleans a little better and is thinner and easier to work with in the cannon and bucket IMO. They are both very similar in quality overall and it mainly comes down to your preference. You can’t go wrong with either one.

That seems like to many steps, find a good all purpose soap and foam it out and then do the contact wash

I don't know if I would let it dry on the paint. It is PH neutral so I guess it might turn out ok but try to avoid it for sure.
How is the product when used at a 1:10 dilution for snowfoam? Does it still work well as a snowfoam or do you need to use it minimum at 1:7

Holy shit... I put in 8oz and it still won't foam. Same setup at you minus the Karcher.
What PW and what size orifice?

@HawaiiDetailing The Simoniz 1800 is our Canadian version of the Active VE52. Tool Daily foam cannon gives the MTM a major run for the money.

For lower cost P&S. For highest quality GSF. Either way they are both good products. You will like either one. Just maybe GSF a little more. Hahaha. Thanks for watching

How does P&S Pearl compare to the Adams Blue shampoo? I am looking for a new one, bought some CG Maxi Suds and it is one of the least slick soaps I have ever used. Adams is very pricy though, P&S has the right price so I think I need to pick up a bottle to try it out.
@@reddyuda I really like the P&S Pearl. It’s a good soap to have. Little thinner on the foam but nice and slick and cleans well. I did a no touch wash video with check it out so you can see the soaps action.
