    Yes search on youtube "how to put on kbands" You will find a video that will walk you through it. You will need to pull the inside of the straps tight around you leg before attaching them. That will keep them in place. Also you can cut the straps to better fit your legs. Watch the video and let me know if you have any other questions.

    Yes you can. I would suggest doing it before you lift weights so that you can be as explosive as possible during the speed training portion of your workout.

    Love this program! I´d like to thank you for your speed specials. Me and my son started doing drills from kband youtube channel last month and we already see some benefits, mostly in strength. We look forward to what you guys release next, we are focused on soccer.

    I would recommend the green set. If you are strong enough for those then work with the blue set.

    We have seen athletes get results in as little as two weeks, but I always suggest doing a pre-test and post-test 5 weeks later.

    I really like the workouts where different drills are combined! This one, Cone Drill FX and 1-2-3 Reaction Pro really helped me out! Could you make a similar workout with different drills to improve your vertical performance? Maybe with a bunch of plyometric excersises? Thanks in advance :)

    You will want to use the red bands until you are strong enough to use the green bands. The average decreases are about .2 to .5

    I noticed they come with 2 pairs of bands, a green and a red pair. Can both of these be attached at the same time for extra resistance once I get stronger? Thanks

    the full body toner should be completed after speed training. Speed training must always be done at 100% intensity. You need fresh legs for this.

    We have seen gains of about .2 to .5 off 40 times in about 5 weeks.

      What if you're are new will it still only effect your 40 by that much or what if you have a 4.7 40 will it still decrease to 4.2 to 4.5

      A 4.2 is very elite. Smaller increments as you get closer to what is maximal performance. Larger gains if your are very inexperienced.

    The green bands are described as for "full range of motion" movements. Does this include full sprints where stride length is at it's peak?

    Just asking has anybody used these for a while or whatever and actually seen development in speed, agility, quickness, and vertical jump. And I mean improvements when you don't wear them for a day go play a sport and feel fast and agile and stuff like that.

    Hello, I ordered Kbands about 2 months ago and am impressed with the results. I tried to use it 2-3 times a week, but other things limit me. I took my Kbands for another workout and realized the more reps I do, the more the band rips. How long is it supposed to last, because it's starting to rip. What should I do?

    So I tried these exercises with the red bands and am super sore now and it feels like I may have strained my hip flexors. Should I start these exercises out without any bands and build up gradually? Or is it a positive sign being this sore?

      joe montana Lot's of stretching and allow your body to recover before beginning again. Completing the workout a couple times may not be a bad idea for you.

      You should be completing this program 3-5 times per week. You can adjust your rest days accordingly. Some athletes will put a rest day between each workout day.

      We do have some elite athletes that will combine resistance bands. In reality combining resistance is not needed. You will receive more than enough resistance from the green then you can move up to the blue resistance bands. Thanks for watching.

      Hello, you are going to want to complete the entire program 3-4 times a week. If you do not have any other training or practices you can complete it 5 times per week. Just ensure that you are allowing your body a couple days of rest.

      DeJon Armstrong Jogging will not improve your speed. You must train with intensity always working to be explosive. To improve speed it's all about power, precision of movements, stride frequency and stride length. Jogging will not impact any of these. It can be great for overall conditioning but as far as speed goes it is a no go.

      Yes, they will activate the same muscles. With he resistance around your thighs you will be able to complete sports specific movements.

      We use Kbands with young athletes to help build leg strength all the time. We have youth sets for them. I would however suggest that your child stick to cone drills. It often helps youngsters stay motivated.
