GNU | MK Party takes SABC to court over use of the term 'Government of National Unity'

The uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) party has filed urgent papers in the Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg to challenge the South African Broadcasting Corporation's use of the term "Government of National Unity or GNU".
The MK party is asking the High Court, to among other things, declare the conduct of the SABC as unconstitutional and invalid, alleging that it constitutes a breach of the public broadcaster's independence and public mandate.

I am not supporter of any parties. There is nothing like Government of National Unity. Government of National Unity is whereby President chooses men and women from all spheres of Communities,private sector and even in government to help and assist him or her in the governance of the country out of his or her free will. In the present scenario,ANC was forced by the circumstances it created out of their arrogance,contempt to Communities at large. This is pure coalition to its sweethearts. SABC has nothing to do with names as long as are not offensive,it will pronounce names given by whoever.
