    Yeh to kisi ache hotel ki tarah hai. Mere hisaab se 50000-100000 rs ka to monthly maintenance hoga yahan pe.

    What is size of flat costing 6 Cr .
    Is it 3 B H K or 4 BHK .
    The Club fecility on the 45 floor is for every body living in MONSELLA or only for those living in those towers -- Please clariify after confirming from top or senior 0eople .

    From VIPUL AAROHAN to TULIP MONSELLA , both builders are famous for delay possession and poor construction quality . First check what TULIP had delivered in past before investing in the project.

      The details of their completed projects are provided and one can visit to see the construction quality. Tulip acquired this project and good part is that now they will be completing it. Gone are those pre RERA days when projects use to get delayed endlessly. Now buyers are more knowledgeable and knows what is best for them. And the project as premium as Tulip Monsella with such price point no developer would do mistake of delaying it.
