I'm really thinking about that light event thing, and how it happened at 4 am. More specifically why the car said 3 am, but nothing really happened.The 3 am/4 am difference may honestly have the simplest explanation: Daylight Savings. The map was made after daylight savings ended, and since we have "sprung forward" and hour, 4 am now equals 3 am when the map was made.
I honestly really like this theory you have here. Wouldn't be surprised if that is what really caused the difference.

I don't think it's an actual grave. I think it's symbolizes Wes' old personality before the serum. Wes is the phantom, no doubt about it. He wants us to think there was actually a body there.
Maybe he came there to remember what is old life was. Trying to revive his old memories or his humane side trying to grasp what is there left of his former self.
That's such an interesting theory. And why it's just 015 and not Wes. His connections to that codename died but him as Wes didn't.
I've been trying to find a way to explain it like this and you figured it out for me lol.
i agree with you, most gravestones that i have ever seen are usually engraved with a name and 2 separate dates,(the birth date and the date of death) of that person buried...but the headstone 🪦 that they found only has one date on it (08-06-03), which could possibly signify either one of the 2, the beginning date (birth date) of something, or an ending date (death date) of something.. whatever that "something" is, i do not know..
Matt said it was about 4am when the light showed up on the gopro, but depending when in the year the time was written on the car it could've been the right time since 3am in December is 4 am in June.

Theory: While Deb and Wes were out and hiding all the life’s blood, Syphus demanded Wes tell him where they were hiding it all, and when Wes didn’t tell him Syphus shot him… hence why Deb had to hide half of the serum by herself

The whole “life blood can cause immortality” is clearly connected. I think that at around 3am every night the phantom comes to check on the grave to see if anything has changed. that glowing happened as a sign of Wes’ “revival” and that Wes isn’t really, fully dead. I think the glowing was activated by taking the case as he was being revived. That night after the go pro died the phantom came back with the pickaxe and dug into it because he saw that the case was taken before he left because he was spotted by the crew. the body is like dormant but still alive and needs some sort of activation (maybe this has something to do with the mind control like the body is like a robot that follows and commands given by the controller” which happened by the case no longer being present there. The phantom helped Wes get out of the grave and maybe something else to finalize his revival. Now the phantom has a phantom of his own…

First of all. I really really liked the videos with you guys goffing around and doing some other things. It has put a smile on my face and given a chance to relax and take a breather.
Second. 3 am is know as "Witches hour". This is the time when paranormal things tend to be the most active. So it could be one reason why 3 am was in the hood of the car or it was the time that the person who killed Wes (if it really is Wes that got killed), the time they buried the body. It's a possibility.
Anyone notice the tire tracks leading away from the grave? It was one of the first things I saw when they approached it. Idk if it’s connected with anything, but the phantom could’ve driven away with whatever was in the grave.

Technically it has when they whent overnight in blue base the window broke because one side was hot and the other side was cold so it broke the safe in the vent was making one side hot and the other side was still cold

the serum changed him, made him to a different person at 080603, he then buried his old self and belief's and his old belongings in that crate in there or around and now the changed wes, the phantom was saying "goodbye" or coming back to maybe retrieve something that he needs now, and this is when project 863 started, deb started it to recover the old wes that was lost of 080603
Matt, I just want you and the rest of the team to know that despite all of the negativity, there are at least a few of us that GET IT. I have been enjoying the content regardless of the changes. I get the choices being made even without you having to offer these explanations. You all have been consistently putting out great content and I will continue to support you. (I hope you find this is encouraging.)
I completely agree with this! Its very sad to hear that the vocal minority is so hurtful. Were all human, so we should all be more understanding. It doesnt cost you anything to be nice to others. Matt has given us so much amazing content already, so it shouldnt matter if things change sometimes for whatever reason. We know there always is a good reason behind it.
I’ve noticed some negative comments, but a lot has been constructive criticism too. Like suggesting it not be so ‘polished’ or ‘produced’ to the point where it loses some of it’s realism. There has been moments that seemed very Hollywood big budget movie, but I’ve liked that they have taken feedback on board and reintroduced the vlog style footage. It’s definitely more immersive that way

The style really changed at the start of season 2 it didn’t feel like a vlog and it was more like a tv series. I like them both but they seem to have more fun with the vlog style, it feels more like what they were going for in the beginning

I still think that gravestone is way too clean for something that's been sitting there for years. I feel like the phantom, whoever it is, visits the site and cleans the gravestone as a sign of respect. Either respect because they worked with Wes, the phantom IS Wes, or its all an elaborate setup to lure and trap either the team or D3B

I am not part of Spellbound + but my question is, did you upload a picture of the map before you got to the area on there? The Phantom may actually be using it to get information on you. He could be supporting you even as a payed member but only to see all the evidence you have without him having to go through the trouble of breaking in. As for what was in the "grave" I think Deb put it there but not with a body, and that the phantom (still thinking Wes) was digging for the case you found

My thought is that, the only person that had ever been there and looked at the grave has been the phantom, so when Matt and his team went out and found the grave the spirit finally had some closure and went to the heavens after everyone left. That’s my theory, it’s very weird but I think it fits.

Honestly, I've been really enjoying the recent Matt, he's been funny and energetic, seems like he's just having fun in life amidst all this hectic and stressful Project 863 stuff that's been happening to them lately. While at times it can seem like he needs to be more serious about some things than he is, I'm glad to kinda see Matt return to his roots, of being spontaneous, cracking jokes, and trying new things.
I say you do you Matt, do what you think you should do. You've led the team for quite some time now, although the recent incident could have gotten you all in serious danger, you took one for the team and practically sacrificed yourself for the safety of your friends.
I feel like people were shocked as to the recent events and just don't know how to cope with it other than trying to make sense of any "strange" behavior. While they're digging too deep into things, in all honesty, they worry about you and they wish there was a way to help.

after finishing the series i have a theory about the glow: it could be something paranormal or my theory is that maybe it has something with the timelines. maybe its a merge of timelines, maybe something in the 863 timeline was changed and this is just the physical indicator.

The light was glowing at 4am, but because of day light savings, maybe when the map was first put in the car, its was 3am. I think you need to go back there for 4am just to see if it glows/ghosts again.

As a sort of slideover for the snack reviews I'd sort of like to see then Tan Man join in the fun, or with things like cheap vs expensive and so on, and have Bailey and Quin be 863 protectors / outsider reasoning / "exclusive thinking" as in not so involved in this that they might have a lighter view or airy idea or some such...

maybe this isnt a grave, but just made to look like one. it could just be another marker for a serum like the last stones that had the D+W(they look like they could be made out of the same cement.) . you said the sight was radioactive so maybe there is some sort of serum buried there that glows at three am or around three am. Perhaps the phantom did see the camera so they waited for you to leave and it to die so they could come back and dig up what was there.

The safe in matts office ceiling had a hole burnt in it by the serum we dont know the exact property of the serum it could emit light after being exposed to radiation which could be given off by the phantom and lifes blood he used

After binge watching these videos the last few days, I started question why 863 was so significant. The latest videos confirmed my thoughts that 863 meant August 6th, 2003. I knew it meant something, but not this huge. Can't wait to see where the series goes from here.

I noticed how the phantom looks different in this video as opposed to earlier. He looks heavier. Very clearly bald. He also looks like he was about to say something to the grave. That subtle lean back into a more comfortable posture. It looks like he had done it before. Like he had been doing in often.

They’re called orb spirits because you can see a glowing light and the brighter it gets the more radioactive energy it has, normally orbs visit their own grave UNLESS another dead person that had something to do with Wes was visiting.
