thank you for the info! We use mostly avocado oil so this is all great info!. I am a Christian and I have serious illness and have for years. Please be careful saying that we need to be healthy to serve God and share the gospel. I have been told that several times over the years-- that they pray I will be healed "so I can serve Christ". That is VERY disturbing and not at all Biblical. God can and does use us in whatever condition we are in. Yes we should aspire to be healthy! But God often uses us the most in our weakness. I grew up in a 3rd world country where people struggle every day to exist and at the same time share Christ more than most comfy, healthy Americans I know. I have been able to share Christ over the past 30 yrs of fighting for my life, in places I would never have chosen to be. ( with others who are also going through horrible health problems). So please consider what your words regarding being healthy and serving Christ can do. I have seen so much damage done to especially new believers that are going through illness and are told this.
If you really believe in Christ you shouldn’t care abt what anybody else tells you abt how you should serve Christ. If you believe in your soul and heart the you are serving

Another way to confirm pure avocado oil is to refrigerate the bottle and if there are NO Changes, no cloudiness, no thickening, it's pure

i give my customers some good reasons for Chosen: pure, dark glass bottle, and one country origin; not many countries that can add other oils. I also suggest customers use Chosen pan spray because it doesn't have butane as an expellant--others found to have butane in them--butane comes from gasoline! I agree one country is important rather than a label showing many countries. ONE country is a good sign for purity.
I just buy my own spray bottle and fill it up myself. Amazon sells oil spray cans
I only use the chosen avocado oil, to me it’s the best.
I found that my husband and I reacted badly to Aldi's organic products. I stopped shopping there because they compromised in labeling organic. Many are low standard.
@@user-pr2dk2xu4r yes, me too! I used to fast a lot because it helped my arthritis. When i’d break my fast, my first meal was a few ounces of organic protein. I started to notice that when i broke my fast with aldi organic protein i would have a lot of pain and inflammation, but not with other reputable organic products.

It's disappointing that those who took the job to protect the public from harmful chemicals are taking bribes to put that seal of approval on products that we sometimes pay higher prices for, thinking that we are doing good to benefit ourselves health wise. It's a betrayal of public trust. It gives so many who think that it doesn't matter, conventional or organic, a reason to mock us who care and say that we're stupid or weak because we pay more unnecessarily and are sensitive, and they are strong and have immunity for taking poison all their lives.
Aldi’s makes things in packages that are look a likes but, has fillers and often I found allergens. I brought home an instant rice side from Aldi’s thinking it was a copy cat of what I used before, I could not use it. It had wheat ingredients in it and filers.
The first time I tried Avocado oil I tried the Simply Nature from Aldi. Instant severe stomach pain. I thought I had an allergy or sensitivity. Never ate it again. Recently I tried again and bought Chosen after researching. No issues at all. I've been using and enjoying it regularly.

Spain would be a contributor of avocados in ALDI’s Avocado oil, because their company is headquartered in Europe. While it may not be “the best” it is better than other seed oils, and maybe even some olive oils. I will gravitate over to Chosen because of your video though. Thanks for the info! I have a number of your videos saved on my phone and I've passed them on to my Sister and Friends.
Today was a day to go grocery shopping and I thought I would check out the avocado oil. Much to my surprise I found the Chosen avocado oil you mentioned and I bought it at $12.59. it was at a supermarket called Tops, a local store in Western New York. They did also sell a very good olive oil but did not have the size bottle I wanted. I will go back to Walmart and check for the Chosen avocado oil there also to see what their prices are and if they have it. God bless you for all the work and research you do for us ✝️👑💕

Nothing in US tastes like the virgin olive oil I ate while living 3 years on Kriti. If you want avocado oil, then eat avocados. It's about the only way one can be sure.

Not only are the other oils cheaper but they’re also bad for us.
The reason buying Avocado oil from Mexico isn’t bad is because those orchards are probably still owned by an American company. When I lived in San Diego I used to drive thru highways with Avocado orchards on either side. State of California made their water standards on farmers so bad the Avocado farmers just kept the Mexico side. I haven’t been down there to see anymore but I did read the Avocado farmers couldn’t keep the orchards up because they couldn’t get the water. This was probably 10 years ago? Btw the highway I was driving on had US on one side Mexico on the other and I learned they all belonged to the same company.
Mexico trees are grown with aquifer water & the soil is super for growing.

That is true of all of us. Good news is when these studies come out all good intending companies will improve their oil and Aldi will have a proven safe oil again.
Nowhere in the study does it mention actual brand names...I'm not sure what corroborates that these two brands were the 'purity winners' in the study. Not saying this channel is being disingenuous, she could be basing it on the propagation of false information unintentionally ...but I see no evidence to base this on. This all could have started by someone claiming their brands were the ones that passed muster in the study by people with an interest in the sale of these two oil brands.

Best 5 steps...ok I am following, 1. check flavor....ok so pop open a bottle at your favorite store and take a taste. 2. check the color, well as long as we have the bottle open anyway pour some out and look at the color. 3. consider proper storage...oops I opened the front bottle in the light....

I'm so glad that the chosen brand is good. I use that to make mayonnaise and unlike some of the other options it doesn't make bitter mayonnaise. And now I know why. There are some fats that aren't avocado mixed in.

We own an avocado farm and our picker did not do a great job picking and we have avocados coming out of our cracks all on the ground. My question is… is it worth it to make my own avocado oil? What a shame
I saw a video the other day of a lady in Africa I think. I watched her peel about 30 avocados. They were pristine. She mashed them and spread it out in a single layer on trays and left it out dry for a couple days. Mixing it around each day it got brown at the top till it was dry brown dried oil. When it was dried all the way through, she pressed out the pil with cheese cloth, then bottled it when done.
I'm upset because you can't trust anyone or company to do the right thing and stop lying and cheating us. They should be held liablem 🤬

@@TheBiblicalNutritionist we think we are being smart shoppers and read and study before purchasing products ..we take them at their word ( labels ) then find out it wasn't what it was supposed to be. I'm a Christ follower too and I think we shouldn't stand for this kind of thing . We are supposed to make a difference not lay down and let people be dupped . I still hold when you find a company who has false information they should be made to change the label or fix the issue and put what it's supposed to in their product... it's not just in the olive oils that's what's so frustrating.
I believe she is misquoting the study. 82% of the oils tested were oxidized or cut with other oils. Some were 100% avocado oil, but low quality. Quality matters when it comes to the health benefits of oil.

Bought a 1 L bottle of chosen avocato oil on Amazon last year and it had no color
Then I bought a 2 L one at Costco and it had a greenish color to it
The one I bought at Costco almost completely solidified in the fridge, with a small part of it that stayed liquid,
the one I got on Amazon did not solidifi at all

I just went and looked at my avocado oil and on the bottle it says cold pressed, extra virgin avocado oil. The ingredients are listed as avocado oil. Now if this is fake….I get so discouraged with the food industry, we have to be so careful and we still get scr…..forget to mention the name Irresistibles, bottled for Metro grocery stores and comes from Mexico 🙏 I hope this oil is OK, now you have me worried…..

Olive oil has pretty much the same criteria as avocado. Taste, smell (fresh cut grass) origin, non refined, color, harvest date.
Flavour or colour doesn’t mean anything because that can be artificial, unless you test it in lab there’s no guarantee

My Costco carries Chosen brand and that is what I use. I make my own mayonnaise using that avocado oil and was alarmed to hear most brands were not pure! Here I am thinking I am doing a good thing avoiding the garbage oils and all the additives, so so happy the brand I use is a pure one. I was going to return my bottle if they were not pure.
We cannot trust our FDA, food and drug all in one organization and they are looking for PROFIT, not to keep us safe. It is a shame and a travesty.

Chile has had great Avocados for many many years , And Argentina has organic olive oil from small growers, same area as the Malbec wines come from.

Where in the study did it even mention brand names? The study only gives generic lab names such as EV1, EV2, R8...etc. yet these two brand names are being touted as being 100% pure per the study.
Sorry, without the ability to actually link these brand names to the study, the push for these two brands could just be a further hoax perpetuated by their respective companies. We need corroboration.

When you follow a link to the study, no brands are mentioned...yet the article arbitrarily spits these two brands out without backing proof from the actual study. That's my point. There is no correlation between the article and the study AT ALL. The brands aren't mentioned in the actual study, we have no idea what motivation they had when they wrote the article based on the study. This is not good practice on their part.
