I also dehydrated many marshmallows! I was amazed how well they come out. I also melted many marshmallows, put it in sterile jars and it has lasted for several years now.

By all means, stock up on sugars; the price is supposed to go up. Cocoa,too, and anything made from corn..

I used 2 or 3 tbs. In my cup. But it kind of depends on size of mug you use.kind of see if you want more or less. Enjoy your week. God bless.
