Mad respect. Pediatric (especially neonatal) ICU is the scariest place for me as a junior doctor. You need some serious balls to handle that.

PICU is the HARDEST place on earth. The sheer amount diagnosese and management in itself is the toughest on earth!!!!!! PICU is 24/7!
