Maybe one is an architect and they designed that house and use if for meetings with potential clients. The other is maybe owns a retail store.

I actually *do* build with the TOOL mod (now) but only minor things like scaling things up and down 😊
Honestly, I hardly watch building videos that are shorter than 25 minutes. Longer videos usually feature big family houses and that's the type of gameplay I like most. But that's different for everyone haha

I really hope the announcements are a bit behind because they take more time for testing and eliminating bugs before releasing the pack. Please let me have that dream. 😂 I honestly haven't touched my game for the last few months because I'm sick of updating all my mods every few weeks and I can't play without them. 😵 So I only play Sims 2, this game is a diamond. 😍

If you want to stop clipping, you can use TOOL and scale one of the clipping objects to 0.999 and it will stop clipping
