Commenting on the morning tea on the porch, that’s exactly what my dad I used to do when I was kid. We were early risers so we’d get ourselves some cereal and sit outside on a swinging bench enjoying the birds and sunrise

I think it would be fun if you created a home for a family where one of the parents is a criminal, almost treating it as if they were a mobster/gangster. Just seems like a fun idea since we have the criminal career and the reputation scale. I don’t think you’ve played around with that storyline yet. Love your builds Dawn!

I love when you build in brindleton bay and on the island in windenburg. I’d love to see you build a medium/small cape cod style on that island that was kinda taken over by nature and possibly haunted lol, love all your builds, thanks for sharing!

Aw I love this house for some reason, especially the porch seating! I think it reminds me of my grandpa when in my childhood my grandparents would come visit us from Mexico. They would arrive at my aunty's ranch in Menifee CA, and we would take the trip down and arrive during the night. And when me and my sisters woke up early in the morning we would find our grandpa sitting on the bench on the porch. He'd usually be napping or drinking his coffee. And when he was napping my sisters and I would giggle because there was always flies flying around his snoring mouth.... Good times, good times. Enjoying the morning is a relaxing thing!

I have a little hack for u if ur interested- I watch her videos on .75 speed to help me fall asleep :) She talks somewhat quickly, so it doesn't soynd rediculous... Just sounds even more relaxing and soothing 😌 Bonus is that it makes the vid even longer, since it takes more time to play! 😉

I personally think it’s more interesting to watch builds that use multiple packs. So many people are trying to limit packs and it’s gets boring after a while. This house looks fantastic!!
This is by far one of my absolute favorite builds you have ever done!! The details are so intricate on both the interior and the exterior and that’s such a hard thing to do that you make look so easy. This build is incredibly stunning, I cant wait to see what you continue to come up with!

Simlicy I love your builds. Always so detailed. I like how you often make each room as you build instead of creating the shell and then filling the interior walls in. The sand box in this build was inspired. I love the unique wrap around shape of the kitchen too. It reminds me of a kitchen in a wedding venue I made several months back. Watched your Spanish Mission build right before this and that was truly magical and inspirational. Keep it up.

I love when you make houses for Sims who love plants 🌱🪴 I pretty much only build this way since gardening Sims are also my favorite. Still have hope for a farming pack 🤞🏾Edit: Also have you ever tried TwistedMexi’s Better Build/Buy? It’s literally been a game changer for me with placing multiple debug items and even eyedropping them!

I think that one of the parents stays at home and takes care of the kids/gardener and then the other is a chef and cooks with the veggies and fruits that the other grows. Like if you agree. 👍🏻

Omg the fizzy juice, I used one of your builds where you used that clutter and it spoiled and my sims would constantly say the kitchen smelled and I thought they were broken but I finally found the fizzy juice 😭😭 I love the house just started laughing when I saw the juice

Next plant themed house I would love a green house for my gardener sims! With Seasons a greenhouse is a must. Out of season plants need to be brought inside or they'll go dormant, and I'd love to see your take on a greenhouse!

I love this build! I’m obsessed with the world of brindleton bay as well, so I love this style. It feels so homey and the clutter is my favorite. I’m a person that loves knick knacks so it feels very realistic for how some people like to decorate. I hope you are adjusting well to being a mom and doing TH-cam! I bet it’s very different now that you have a child to not be able to spend hours and hours on builds all at once lol

Incase you ever need more ideas or inspiration... Something I would like to see is a teenagers hangout. Like stacked up storage containers or an old warehouse or a treehouse or garage or whatever. Thinking graffiti. Lots of old seating. Pizza boxes. Tvs. Fooseball. Guitars. Stereos. Some "juice" or a hookah. Etc. as well as a cool outside area.
Just somewhere for the teens to go and be themselves and rebel. Kind of a lost boys feel to it ya know?

Hi simlicy love the build I just want to ask why you use the big saucer light and then size them down when it would have just been much easier to choose the smaller version of it from the beginning?
I think the smaller one gives less light? When you size down the bigger one it’s still brighter. I’m not sure though.
