This is the best video I've seen so far on Riga. It really shows the beauty of the city extremely well. The buildings and the architecture stands out and their colors are vivid. This is a very well-shot video and the picture quality is perfect. I've watched dozens of other videos by other people and companies, but this one tops them all. Riga is utterly enchanting and I'm re-inspired to visit. Thanks for the great video! 👍
Dear Matthew, thank you very much for your lovely comment. We really appreciate your support and are glad to know that you enjoyed the video. Hoping that you will revisit Riga soon, enjoy this Baltic gem! :)
My brother and I were in Riga just earlier this week, and visited every single place in your video. However, finding local food was quite a challenge - the only thing we found in the old town area, was a few versions of herring. But at the motor museum a few kilometers away, we *finally* found the famous cold beet soup, and it was absolutely delicious. :) There was a dancing/singing festival going on, and there were so many people in beautiful costumes. We asked a few groups if it was ok to take pictures, and they willingly posed for us. I have dozens of beautiful photos, despite the foul weather :)
The part of the city on the other side of the river is also beautiful. There is a lot of beautifilul wooden buildings. And also Kipsala - peaceful and beautiful place. And it's really worthy to take a train and after 30 mins you're at the sea, on a long and wide beach. Jurmala is lovely small city.
