Sfh Dyes that’s not true I have seen my overseas people drinking milk with fish. Even in India on our weeding functions after fish pakora everyone eat rusmlayi, icecream nothing happens. So don’t stress enjoy.
@Sfh Dyes That means you have never heard of the dish "Doi Elish". A classical Bengali fish curry made with curd (Doi) and chunks of the very flavourful Hilsa fish (Elish). My mouth starts watering just by hearing it's name.

I am not a good cook and my elderly mother is so proud and happy about my cooking now - I am sure she will cross over to the other side peacefully knowing her daughter has learnt to cook :) It could truly be a every sunday chicken for me. Folks who don't know how to cook should try this as their first chicken as the taste will be an incentive to try different receipes. I used Almond flour to make it even easier. Since for us chicken is always spicy - added slit green chillies.
I used to eat chicken dishes in restaurants a lot as I thought they make the best and me "chalega type"....but after watching you sir my cooking is at a different level and I love cooking now.

Every time I cook the milk curdles... I don't have almond in this time and use kaju... Can it be the cause or something else... Plz help

I was thinking the same. I think Punjab is wheat bowl not rice bowl. I loved in Kerala and it has some 1000 rices varieties and east as well. But, I know Punjab is no1. with wheat and sarson.
