Why do the BIG BAR PREP companies do, that is exactly why. Because their mindset and heads are equipped to cater LAW SCHOOLS, NOT bar exams. They DO NOT take the bar exam, therefore, although it sounds silly but they are not the best people to teach a BAR COURSE. That is where mostly of them fail and Michael's come in with his creative mind! :D
As a law student myself, I think it's because of current Law School approach to courses. My Law School, and most I know focus on cases. The idea being that one case ties to one concept. The idea being that you will recall the case, and then be able to infer the concept from the case. Professors don't often spend much time on big picture, but part of it is also clearly the instructor here is very talented at breaking down high level concepts into digestible format.

Can a tribal Court deny a tribal membership the right to a jury trial? I have a case In Tribal court and denied a jury trial, by the tribal council. Can they do that?

Just start making your outlines on each subject based on that - your word will be around 10-12 pages for each module - that should be your bible.
@@jeamim I used this version of Leap during my Master of Laws, and passed every class at first try as taught by Michael. Most school expenses are also tax deductible (check with your tax advisor!).
