👍 Great video, IMHO, on a very controversial (ages-old) topic. Use-case-based recommendations are ideal!
I'd like to add that choosing programmatic on a SaaS platform means branching out to be "on your own" whenever the vendor publishes a new release (three times a year for Salesforce).
