    Wow, I'm a Democrat, and I love the vision Mayor Francis Suarez has of Miami and the country. Thank you Grant, you ask all the right questions and you are the example for the younger generation and give inspiration and hope to all whether we are Republicans or Democrats, at least as far as I see it, because our basic values are not that different, and if we could apply some kind technology beyond politics as usual to each of our parties which could allow ourselves to work out our differences once and for all, and really work them out, I think together we could then begin to 10X our country.

      @davidphillips8919 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@spht9ng You're right, we wouldn't actually like to agree on anything, because then our country would move forward. I'll keep thinking of you as a white supremacist and racist
      Republican who tried to steal our election, committed treason, is afraid of being assimilated by other races, cultures and genders, because you have weak identities, and you can think of me as liberal, communist, socialists who would allow all the South American countries to illegally cross the border and let our tax paid dollars support them all and provide free healthcare, housing and citizenship. I guess it is impossible to break the stereotypes between the Republicans and Democrats.

    • @spht9ng
      @spht9ng 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@davidphillips8919 To be fair, there's probably a sizeable amount of Republicans who do believe in a lot of the hyperpartisan issues you described. But there's also a growing number of younger people joining the populist/socialist left and subscribing to alot of zany unproven conspiracies as well. Moral of the story is, political extremism is just mental illness masquerading as activism. Stay sane.

First, you do not have a ready made FUNDS, second you do not have an effective SYSTEM yet, 3rd you do not have a ready made TEAM yet, 4th the SALARIES of your Employees will come from you, and 5th you are UNDER the Laws and Rules of the City. Very interesting part. Because Sunny Isles there is based Grant Cardone it’s not Miami. I see the different world around and ,,Miami exactly”” need an government re-construction or re-upgrade-whatever-you-named this. If governor care about all state, which he talking about, why nothing happens in Miami (the city) at all??? Roads - the roads are all under repair for two years, around the Miami Design District it is not possible to walk, there are no street lamps, nazon and benches. Children have NO WHERE to play! Inside Miami itself, the design of the district, the Fendi brand store, has made a playground for children, but few people can get there. If everything the governor says is true, then I want to pay attention to the City of Miami itself, and not to the coastal parts, where ordinary people living in Miami sometimes cannot reach in a year. The city of Miami itself is in such decline that it hurts to look at! For children and mothers There is NOTHING! Is this why Dubai is developing its infrastructure while Miami's government is "falling behind and sleeping"? After all, Miami is a historic place. The feeling that politicians make politics for themselves, but forget about the people who live here. Respectfully, but fair ❤ Happy New Year, guys

    Amazing. I like the messages coming out of this conversation.
    1. Be a problem solver. Don't whine, don't bitch. Solve it.
    2. Anyone can make it regardless of their background or academics. It reminded me of myself. I was a very poor student academically. But now at 31 years old, I became a millionaire, owning 2 investment properties, running my own 6-figure business, top 1% income earner for my age bracket, helped hundreds of people solve their problems
    3. Focus on the income side.
    There is only so much that you can save. There is unlimited chance for 10x my income
    4. Track people how to 🐟
    5. Be willing to tell people the truth. Even though that might not be a popular thing to say. Dare to be different.

    My mayor!
    He’s going to be President someday. He’ll take over from DeSantis here in Florida when he’s done.

    Miami is so successful. It can serve as a template for other cities around the Caribbean. It's basically a Caribbean city, that's also American. There's no reason all cities in the Caribbean can't be just as successful. I think all that success is coming out of the uniting of Latin and traditional American culture. It seems to produce great energy and innovation. I know this will never happen, but if Cuba became an American state, it would be the best thing to happen to the United States in a long time. Best thing for Cuba, but they wouldn't go for it.

      @@ViceCityLiving I mean, I've lived here for a few years and I love it. I agree Miami Beach has probably down hill a bit due to the image it's got now, but I really enjoy the culture and people, it's so international and Brickell as a neighborhood has led me to make many friends, who are often driven and successful.
