I certainly agree on the audio quality which is amongst the top 2 or 3 buds in the retail market. Akg did a good job on the tuning of these buds But they certainly step down on the ANC with the sound isolation. I leave all the automatic functions off including touch controls got a bit irritated with the ANC transparency modes coming in and out.

The volume double tap feature, if u enable it and then double tab the back of ur ear where u would have a high piercing, works every time on both ears.
i returned mine. samsung forces you to buy their phones so you can use the better sound quality codecs with the galaxy buds 2 pro. wish i knew their nasty tricks before wasting time buying these.

In the meantime I bought the Sennies, won an auction for these, bought and am about to sell the sennies (didn't have the case issue you had but boring sound Vs my nuratrue, linkbuds s, Samsung buds pro and SHOCKING wind noise on windy walks). Can't wait to try these. I'm in NZ Linkbuds S were Equivalent to $35 USD, Sennies 85 USD and these $70USD so can't lose! :)

Great form factor, works perfectly under a helmet but the noice cancelling could be much better, hope they keep the form factor and improve NC for next model.
Gonna go with the Monster DNA fit. Similar specs but i know they wont fall. Can be found for same pricing if you look. Hopefully you can review the Monsters too
That is a fantastic question that I definitely don't remember the answer for. Lol 😂 however I can throw down a recommendation. Sculpting With Fire by Atmosphere Atmosphere is my favorite artist. Fantastic from the beginning to this new song.
Try putting the buds on double tap in labs and try to tap the outer part of your ear forward with your finger. Left ear volume down, right ear volume up
@saikarotekkara8972 I actually found out if it tap my ear itself close to the bud it worked basically 100% of the time. It is an awesome feature after I learned how to use it
Did you install the latest update (changes the sound I read)? If you are using both buds do they pause if you pull one bud out or both (which was how they were released)?

I just bought these cuz my xm4 got fried and idk if im convinced yet. I also have the 1more evo and those to me sound a bit better to my ears. The b2pro do fit really good in the ears though.
So I'm on apple, I tried the Buds2 Pro but I can't use all the functionality from them (obviously). I ordered the sennheiser TW3. I know they have had some issues but I was able to get them down at the $190 mark. If software updates fix them, would you recommend them at that price point or would you recommend something else for Apple users? TIA
Honestly I'm not a big fan of the Sennheisers. That being said they do have great sound and unlike in my ears, they're comfortable for most people based on the comments underneath my review of the Sennheisers. I have also had the ability to play with the Apple airpod pros. And for an Apple user I honestly think that they are really good.

For my opion , i think the Buds Pro sound better than the Buds2 Pro. I sold my Buds Pro and bought the Buds2 Pro. Beside the fit, the sound and anc are not even better compare to the first Buds Pro.
I have the galaxy buds pro? Will resetting it fix issues. I'm scared to do this. I don't wanna lose anything. What data will it erase For some reason I can't hear on calls when someone calls me. I can hear them but they can't hear me. I was able to hear on calls before this happened now not sure why I can't. I can listen to music but can't hear on calls. My buds are connected to the wearable app and the device and everything is up to date so I'm not sure what the issue is. I should be able to hear on calls I had them for a while don't remember exactly when and what year I purchased them. I paid alot of money for these so if its defective I'm gonna pissed
Bro you're supposed to tap the bottom of the ear and it will work perfectly. I've never had a problem but I don't use it and I don't use anc there's no need.

I like model before or before that model they was awesome I can hear what neighbours talk 30m away in their yard Infront of house just drink coffee and talk normal I can hear them every word and sound was awesome for me,too bad my house burn and they was just on night desk 15 cm from my head but I wasn't have time and I forget them must save my life and my dog life still feel sorrowful for let them burn with everything else and new phone poco 2 pro I give 900e for him and not use him 2 month😢

I just posted about some of my collection. I find there are pros and cons with them all. Linkbuds S (been listening non stop to them for a week now) are damn good especially for the size but transparency is noticeably weaker than 1st gen buds pro (they sound different and not noticeably worse than linkbuds s to me, Sony tuning is really smooth and dark which I missed since selling xm4) and nuratrue sound more natural but with harder bass impact.
Also Linkbuds S have true multipoint and these only have it for Samsung devices so I will keep mine for work especially at 35USD equiv that I paid for them
These are weird man!.... Spatial audio is useless for music in my opinion, makes voices sound weird. Transparency without amplification sounds weak and comes and goes in unpleasant "waves" when amplified due to noise, 1gen did not do this and is still better for transparency. Sennies were unusable in the same circumstances so can't complain too much. It has more bass than anything else I have but it sounds fake without enough texture, except maybe Bose QC 1st gen and it's bass impact is 2nd only to nuratrue non-pro, final straw is that they don't sound smooth on some tracks, unlike linksbuds s and nuratrue. Most of the time they sound better but some tracks are just too peircing. I just negotiated nuratrue Pro down to 250usd and with better mic, transparency and multipoint I can hopefully sell off most of my collection. My 1st gen has a mild static buzz on the right side when not playing anything so worried about selling them (but appears to be widespread) so will probably keep them for walks
I still can't get over that unlike every single other buds, if you are using both buds you need to take both out to make them autopause... At least make it an option to only need to take one out
@@FoggyDigital if you are a windows user, you gonna have a hard time trying to use mic while achieving a nice audio, because you have to choose between them, buds pro2 appear as 2 devices if you try to connect to windows, one is crappy audio with mic, or you can choose the good audio without mic

I have moderar hearing loss, the extra loud ambient mode is amazing. Don't care too much about ANC, though

Don't be afraid to reset your earbuds. All data is stored on your phone. If you plan on doing a phone restore, that's a different deal.
Go to settings, then app. Look for calls go into that.
Look for storage > clear data
It's should work after u do that.

You should be able to use transparency mode with one earbud in. Not sure what's happening with your pair
