I love reusing little hair sample containers, usually glass, to put my glamour oils in!

This video is very timely! I have a surgery coming up this week and have been feeling very nervous about it. I will be crafting a protection oil once I get back home today. Thank you!

Welcome back, Nike! I love working with oils. I haven’t mustered the courage to make my own yet, but your video is encouraging! I giggled at the peppermint oil part, as I too once forgot about having an abrasive oil on my hands (cooking with hot peppers is FUN!) and wiped my eyes 😂!!

Thank you Nike!😊 if I might add one other thing to keep in mind when it comes to essential oils: when used on skin, it gets absorbed by the skin and goes straight into the bloodstream and can have a greater impact than when ingested. Certain herbs contain compounds that can be hormonal disruptors, like phytoestrogens in lavender, for instance. So please use with moderation :-)

this might be a silly question but i was wondering if there's a compiled resource of effects such as you mentioned?
i'm guessing if i just look up "effects of lavender oil" on google the results aren't really gonna show that sorta stuff, so i just wondered how i can learn more?
      thank you for your time
