I just put Mohs Evo on my car 2 weeks ago and I'm very impressed. The slickness is unlike most other coatings and with the hydrophobicity has made it easier to clean. I've paired it with Hero for my routine rinseless wash and feel I have enough slickness for both washing and drying without needing extra products.
Frank, thank you for another awesome video. Some people don't realized that ceramic coated vehicles need a good maintenance wash so they can perform correctly. 💪💯
Thank you Bigo, you're exactly right and I'd even add to your point that some cars need this process more often than yearly, electric cars release less brake dusts generally this one wasn't too bad. ✌️✌️

Great video. I guess I was under the impression that descale did the iron and mineral removal. Now I see I need a few more products in my arsenal. Thank you.
we'll review descale at some point, hasn't done much for me other than being a good strong slick soap. Doesnt do much for minerals and not designed to attack iron. Thanks for tuning in my friend💎
@@Detailing_Dogma nice! Thanks for the heads up. I just bought a new car, last week, and I’m trying to refresh myself on getting that initial wash and decon down. great video man. love watching the progress you've done on your videos.. great editing man. i wish to get to this level some day. but question, do you have a video of you prepping this Tesla 14 months ago? Hey Jefferson thank you, I dont have footage of application I didnt have a youtube channel back then. The process was the typical wash/decon iron clay, polish one-step and gyeon prep + 1 layer of gyeon mohs evo. 12hours inside to cure. Only the front areas are PPF'd
If you are doing a alkaline prewash, then an acid wash, should you follow with a neutral soap wash or do you think that is overrated/marketing hype? I saw someone do the alka foam, then rinse, then the acid foam and then a neutral soap in the bucket. Great vid, thanks Frank!
Looked great once you had unclogged the paint work , and some Gyeon cure on top will give it more protection yet again or Cancoat would have put another shield on the car for months to come
Frank first of all - awesome work! Secondly - did the car had 1 or 2 coats of mohs on it? I've heard that it performs at its best when 2 coats are applied and topped with cancoat (that's a sandwich that I have on my car). After 6 mohts it's like new, no decon as of yet bcs it doesn't need it ❤️ Still you saved that coating! Great job! P.s Whats your power wash setup? What pressure washer do you use? I'm thinking of buying a new one as my Karcher k2 compact is a little weak 4 me :)
