Did Bean get a material witness subpoena? I'm not understanding why (but kinda understand why) he said he'd be locked up if he didn't testify (which would also make sense on why he wouldn't plead the fifth is because when they told me that I was a material witness, that I couldn't plead the fifth since it wasn't charges against me and the fifth amendment is to protect yourself from self incriminating only)

Fortunately for me (since the case was in Georgia and I was in Hawaii; that the driver testified before they could buy my ticket as I already had the subpoena that I would need to show up to court in Georgia)

@@lovinglife419no that’s the clips. They all have to have an attorney and the state insisted on them being tried like this. The DA has a weak case, terrible witnesses, isn’t disclosing evidence in a timely manner or at all sometimes. The judge is biased towards the DA and sustains almost all objections even when they are obviously invalid. They impeached their own witnesses and had 3 separate gang experts with no clear purpose. They propose approx 300 witnesses. Despite impeaching several of their own witnesses. The DA’s investigator sexually harassed the witness who had just lost her mother. The defence actually have to object to issues like this or can’t cite it later for appeal.

Day 61- and I still haven’t identified how Mr. Williams is apart of this R.I.C.O. This trial has been a spectacle, this DA’s Office is horrible. The witness today should have never been asked to come in. He as well as the young lady from last week are owed an apology from the D.A.’s office. At this point they are attempting to humiliate their own witnesses who aren’t responding the way they wish. Mrs. Love is highly disrespectful. The judge is biased. The jury has been exposed. The “witness” today, thought he was coming to court to get Justice for what has been done to him, only to hear that the person responsible took a plea and served a few years. Also the man took a plea on this “RICO” and went home. There is so many other things but today really bothered me.

The one thing I like that the judge says is that once the defendant envokes his right to council, the questioning is supposed to stop. Obviously you have the right to remain silent.
Now I'm not backing these defendants nor their actions, but I can't tell you how many of these interviews I've seen where questioning continues after a suspect has envoked his right. It's unreal.

It's not just the number of defendants that's taking this trial forever. The state, the defense attorneys, and the judge are getting into a lot of arguments, disputes, and disagreements.
The state has made many arguments about info they have, but the judge does not foresee it due to lack of evidence. But the state continues to argue about that info.
Defense attorneys are making statements about rights being violated. But on most of those statements, the judge uses laws as a way to show that the defendants had no right to do what they did. But the defense attorney continues to argue.
Defense attorneys claim some of the state's info is not true and they didn't receive copies of some info from the state. In some of those claims, the judge has actual evidence and positive info that the defense attorneys are wrong.
Then there's the heated arguments where the state and defense attorneys get verbal with each other while one of them was continuing to argue with the judge.
