Great video, Logan. Very effective display of the corn stalks and pumpkins in front of the store. Thanks for taking the time to post! Take care…😉👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻
I can’t believe we are talking about fall and Halloween. Pumpkins and corn stalks. Cauliflower is looking amazing. Looks like you had a great day at the market.
It's unbelievable how much you and Frank can get accomplished in one day! WTG y'all, always a joy to watch and I actually learn something new every video!
As a child, 50+ years ago we raised truck patch. About 5 acres of corn, tomatoes, beans and everything else. Dad did not believe in bug spray, so our corn did have some worms at time. So being the resourceful kids we were, corn was 13 ears for $1.00 it was that long ago. We also offered 10 ears for a $1.00 with the top inch cut off. Of course, we also offered 8 ears for a $1.00 with the top cut off and the husk removed ready to cook. How long does it take to take a meat cleaver and cut the top off and shuck corn, while they waited about 2 minutes for ten ears. Seems the City folks did not want to deal with the husk or the possibility of finding a worm. Crazy as it sounds, dad said if the bugs will not eat it, I do not want it. Enjoyed video.
Nice video as usual just want to say that you really have yourself a very well rounded girlfriend. She's smart in the books as you mention she's studying to be a pharmacist and also extremely hard working on the farm. Also to mention too i recognize how well her in-laws get along too. Like a well oiled machine you all worked together, love to harmony you all work together with.
Your turnips are perfect for eating right now. We don't wait for roots in the south. Did you grow mustard greens? Mix turnips and mustard together for a yummy dish. You cook with smoked ham hocks.
Hey Logan nice harvest. Weather here is only 90 and we have had lot's of rain. We will be planting our fall/winter garden in the next 2 weeks. We can harvest all the way through December if we don't get any ice storms. Looking forward to seeing yawl harvest more pumpkin. God bless your family.
Im a couple miles away in numidia from you. Cant believe how well all veggies have done in the garden. Now time to enter some things in the fair. Turnip has a more of a tang to it like radish than rutabaga. Rutabaga has more of a root and a sweeter flavor
Another great video Logan, impressive harvest - thanks for posting. How are you keeping pest like deer, rabbits and others out of your gardens? All the best and God Bless. 🙏❤🇺🇸
Like the purple cauliflower, Egg plant . Amazing size on those Potatoes. You have the Corn bagging down to a defined process. Logan have you had any problems with rotting vegetables???. You have nice load for the market. Your corn still looks pretty good. Nice spread of stuff at the market. Take Care and Be safe on the farm Out.
There are chest harnesses that you can get for cell phones and Go Pros that hold them so that your hands are free for harvesting while videoing. It might look a little peculiar to wear, but still be something to look into.
Hello Logan and Frank. Turnips should have a white flesh when cut in half and the Rutabaga should be yellow flesh. Turnips are very quick maturing, but Rutabaga are much slower. Personally, i think Rutabaga have much nicer flavour, goes really nice with bacon/pork chop.
Rutabagas are more yellow in color, have a thicker outer skin that you need to peel and a stronger taste than turnips. Rutabagas are at one end, kohlrabi on the other end, with turnips in the middle as far as taste, etc. I think you would be more inclined to cook rutabagas than eating them raw like you can turnips and kohlrabi.
Rutabagas and turnips are somewhat similar. But some varieties of rutabagas have a different tint or color when you cut them. They may look similar but the flavor of rutabagas is way better than regular turnips. That’s my opinion.
Ураа,я первая!! Здоровья и благополучия вам,трудолюбивые люди!😍😍😍

So so impressed that him and his girlfriend are so young and working in their farm and not always glued to a computer screen. Bravo
Good seeing you Sammy

wow what a difference 60-70 miles away makes. our lows here have been in the mid 50's at night here in Berks county.
What quality of corn are on the decorating stalks? Locally, they use a feed corn.
It is field corn or known as the feed corn
So amazed to see again purple cauliflower..😮❤😊
Another great video Logan, impressive harvest - thanks for posting. How are you keeping pest like deer, rabbits and others out of your gardens? All the best and God Bless. 🙏❤🇺🇸
Miss seeing you and Sydney
What do you use the dry corn for and what type of corn is grown? Is it used for grinding into cornmeal and flour?
They bag it and sell it in 50 lb bags.
It is field corn we use it for feed for the animals. We also use it on our “chop” feed for our cows.

excellent vegetables harvesting # how do U separate corn grains from corn ears ??? & for which purpose consumer purchase whole corn plant ???? 🇵🇰
Hi from South Africa
I usually eat the shucks and silk hair and toss the corn, tasty huh,
Use a hedge trimmer for your corn stalks!
Weed whipper with a blade makes whole corn plant., a lot easier and fast ! 😊

The cauliflower is absolutely luscious my fav
You guys hunt bow or rifle can't wait to get in stand at the end of the month

Beautiful Harvest I Love to Which Broyans Farm💞🍓🍒🧄
Rutabagas are golden or creamy in colour and have a stronger flavour than turnips which are basically white in color.
Are you doing the corn maze again this year?
Wow so good
Logan. What camera are you using to film these? The quality is amazing.
Please give the trick untying those tied bags.....I argue with my birdseed bags all the time!!!!!
Turnips are smaller bulbs and the rutabaga is larger than turnips. They look different and different in taste.

Hey Frank!
Cauliflower and Broccoli were Never popular growing up and something I can honestly say I have avoided as an adult. 😬👍🙏
Where are you located?
We eat the tops of turnip greens. I don’t think we grow rutabaga.
I am artacted always vegetables farm Working.

مجھے سبزیوں والے گھت بہت اچھے لگتے ہیں کاش میرے پاس بھی ایسے گھت ہوتے 😢😂😂
Good
I gather no corn maize this year?????
In the Uk we call rutabaga Swedes.
Can we have a full market vlog ☺️❤️
... Hi Mum ...!
👍👌❤️🇨🇦,
Our government has banned all use of single use and reuseable plastic bags here in Queensland Autralia
There. Has to be a better way to fill those fifty pounders of corn. Dusty and lot of lifting!
Your farm certainly uses a lot of plastic.
Yes! The "no fossil fuel" ideas would kill farming operations like this.
VERRY NICE CORN,,
